Downstairs is an expansive living space, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. We can supply a baby gate for the stairs, highchair, step stool and travel cot on request. We have children's cups, cutlery and crockery. Single fold outs are made in Italy with latex mattress, and are comfortable for adults as well as children. The location and size of the apartment makes it the ideal location to get ready for your wedding day. Room to accommodate all of the groomsmen/bridesmaids (and their dresses!), as well as room for all to get their hair and make up done. A luxurious space to return to and spend your first night as a couple. There are snacks, cereal, Nespresso coffee and tea supplied, as well as a litre of real milk in the full size fridge. Staples in the pantry are provided for your convenience. We can also help you organise a delivery from a supermarket, liquor store or florist to coincide with your arrival. Open late is IGA, Chemist Warehouse and a medical clinic all within a two minute walk on Sturt Street. The property has an outdoor pool and heated spa. We will meet you to provide access to the property on check in and at check out. Two onsite car parks, plentiful on street metered parking. Located in the Arts Precinct of Southbank, behind St Kilda Rd. The Royal Botanic Gardens, Shrine, Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, NGV, VCA & ACCA all steps away. Federation Square, Crown and Southgate 10 mins walk. Convention Centre 15 mins walk. South Melbourne Market, Rod Laver Arena & MCG 20 mins walk. Trams, scooter hire & car share at the door. The apartment is located a ten minute stroll from Flinders Street Station, two minutes from the trams of St Kilda Road, two minutes from the Melbourne Bike Share Station at ACCA or there is a car share car parked directly at the front of the building, with several more parked around this block. The Monash/Westgate/Tullamarine freeway is a minute's drive for easy access to all of Melbourne and Victoria by car, if you are planning a visit to the Phillip Island Penguins, the Yarra Valley Wine Region, the Mornington Peninsula or Surf Coast, to name a few. There are two on site undercover carparks if you are a local or have driven from interstate. This is a residential property with a live in building manager and security, who strictly enforce owners corporation Rules. It is not a hotel. Noise complaints will be made by other residents resulting in additional call out charges for security and/or police attendance. If you are a large group intending to make noise after 10.00pm (whether it is inside the apartment, or on your way in and out from the apartment), you really will not enjoy staying here. We like to be upfront with our guests, rather than deal with the hassle for them and us later! You MUST be aged over 28 years to book this property. You may be liable for cancellation fees if you book (including if your booking does not require our pre-approval) and do not meet this age requirement. Gatehouse By The Gardens

Gatehouse offers everything you need for your short term stay. Refresh in a wet room-style bathroom, complete with oversized bath and dual-head shower. Then tuck in to the complimentary breakfast in the cozy but well appointed air-conditioned interior. Have dinner in the beautiful tropical courtyard, which offers a large gas BBQ and loads of extra space to relax. Families are looked after with two portacot's, child friendly tableware, games, children's books and a park just next door. A generous 2 bedroom apartment, with a relaxed modern feel and plenty of space to relax on the huge shaded deck or chill in the ducted air-conditioning. Backing onto the the beautiful Botanical Anderson Gardens, which is great for strolling through and getting little ones to spend up some energy with lots of shady paths and ducks to feed by the pond. The Apartment and surrounding property are all on one level with a single 9cm step into the living area from the garage. There are no level changes out onto the deck or into the bathroom or shower area. The bathroom is a wet room style with an oversized bath for extreme relaxation. The shower area has a hand held shower head and a large luxurious rain shower head with a selector valve to choose between the two. A chair for showering can be provided by request. We have an absolute no smoking policy. There are no designated smoking areas anywhere on the property. A breakfast of bacon, eggs, bread, butter, and porridge plus all the Teas, coffee, hot chocolate, chilled water, and any pantry items are all provided for you in the kitchen. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, Toothbushes and Toothpaste, Razors and Candles are provided for your convenience. The TV in the loungeroom is connected to an android TV box with access to the Internet and a DVD Movie library. The large Deck is a fabulous place to dine or just chill out listening to the birds while looking out to the park. The small Garage (3m x 5m) is suitable for small cars only but there is plenty of parking on the front lawn with 4 available spots. The City centre is a 10 min drive away with the Strand (well worth visiting) a 15 min drive from Gatehouse. By car to the Airport is 10 mins and the Train Station is 6 min. I will greet you to show you around. Beyond that, you will have your privacy. We are passionate about Hosting and are flexible with check in times and offer early luggage drop off if needed. We can also arrange pickups from the Airport, Train Station or Buses work permitting for a small fee. Stroll in the botanical gardens, enjoy easy access to the Mater Hospital which is only 300 Meters away, plus cafes and supermarkets. Townsville Stadium is only 4-minute drive away. Browse the boutiques at Castletown Shopping Centre, which is a similar distance. Multiple Bus stops are located within 500m of apartment. There is a $150.00 penalty for smoking on or in the premises. Guests who stay longer than a week will be serviced with a changover of all linens and towels.

Well-Preserved Quintessential 1960s Bungalow Near the CBD

Step back in time to a hilltop house with views across the city through picture windows. Exposed brick and the extensive use of natural wood maintain a mid-century atmosphere, enhanced by period furnishings and gleaming softwood floors throughout. The House Manual provides information about Jack's, as we call our house. We do not host guests with accompanying pets and smoking on any part of the house and property is not acceptable. If these rules are not to your liking then please do not book. Jack's Place is an original 1960's architect designed house. A master bedroom with direct access to the bathroom (en-suite except it is the only one!). The second bedroom features jarrah flooring and exposed brick wall. The living area features a unique view across the City especially at night. Functional kitchen and laundry, air conditioning and heating. The rental terms are for the whole house but if a couple book then it is expected only one bedroom is used. On booking it is best to clarify if both bedrooms are required. If not we do not make up the second bed. Jack's Place is a free standing brick residence with its own car space. There is a walled courtyard and front lawn area/garden (yet to be fully developed ). Cate and I live behind Jack's Place and both properties share a driveway. Naturally the drive must be kept clear at all time. More than happy to be contacted with any questions relating to Ballarat in general, food, wine and things to do. This 1962 house is in Golden Point, an old area in the City of Ballarat, about 125 kilometers west of Melbourne. These days the architecture of the area varies from 1860s dwellings, California bungalows, and modern high-density residences. Ballarat's main street is Sturt St. It is about a ten minute walk to the town centre and less to major supermarkets. Parking in town is charged via meter all week. On the edge of the central business district parking is free. Parking around the restaurant area of Armstrong St is difficult. My advice is to walk to dinner and Uber home. Local buses are confusing. Only a few minutes away is The Grapes Hotel, friendly and reliable. Ballarat weather can be variable. I have no control over the weather! We are perched about 375 metres above sea level, cold in Winter and hot in Summer. Summer nights tend to cool down. To keep the house warm and you comfortable, draw the blinds and turn on the heating. There are electric panel heater available in the house. Be very aware that they are not suitable for use when young children are part of the guest party. To cool the house, draw the blinds, close all windows and unnecessary doors and set the cooling for 10C below the outside temperature.

Fairlight Maison

Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.
