We were very spoilt for the weekend that we stayed, the weather was amazing. It was a lovely time to spend with our mum who turned 80. She loved the view and the whales that we saw. This definitely is a magic spot!

I had the best family stay at Villa Palem! 🥰 The villa is incredibly spacious yet intimate, making it perfect for quality family time. Despite being away from the city, we had so much to do, from playing tennis to yoga at the shala. They have a private chef on standby, which completely took the stress out of mealtimes. A driver and car were also readily available, making getting around incredibly convenient! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, catering to all our needs with a smile. It genuinely felt like a true staycation, and I can’t wait to come back. I’ll definitely be recommending Villa Palem to my friends!💖

Wow and Wow, This was absolutely one of the best places On Airbnb I have ever stayed. David was on point for everything we needed, he went above and beyond we were so thankful for David's help. I would recommend this place 10x times over. The pictures do not give it justice, it looks better in person. I will definitely stay here again if ever in Bali.

The staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. The villa is amazing, complete with all the amenities as described. We were a family of 7 adults and 2 children and we each enjoyed every space from the yoga room, steam room, massage chair and pool. Merry had organised a banquet with the chef on 2 nights and the food was amazing. Every morning we would come down to breakfast to be greeted by a smiling chef and a beautifully set breakfast table. The villa is a little out of the centre and not easy to walk around (no footpaths and having to contend with traffic was scary). Luckily, the villa came with and car and driver who was ready to take us whenever and wherever we wanted to go and we definitely took advantage of it. All in all, we had a wonderful time at House of Light

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home—it was the perfect Easter getaway for our family. The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking sea views that we enjoyed even during the wild, rainy weather. It was incredibly cozy, and we felt right at home. We shared a memorable Easter lunch overlooking the ocean, and to our kids' delight, the Easter Bunny even managed to find us! Between beach walks, relaxing indoors, and venturing out to the fantastic local coffee spots, we made the most of every moment. The Aldinga Surf Club is always a favourite of ours, and the nearby Willunga Farmers Market provided excellent fresh produce and meats as always—we’re long-time supporters and know it well. Everything about the stay was so relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such a beautiful space—it made our family holiday really special. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. My friends and I absolutely fell in love with the place. It had everything we needed and more. A huge thank you to Paul and Dan for being such thoughtful and responsive hosts. I hosted a photographer's retreat at Villa Mannao & we had the most amazing time! The villa is way more gorgeous than the photographers I saw on Airbnb. It is luxurious, spacious & absolutely stunning! The rooms are beautiful! The surrounding lawns and rice fields are lush and vast! It was like heaven on earth. The staff was just the best! Right from the time I booked the villa, to organizing all details of the retreat, the sightseeing, the delicious food at the villa - all the arrangements were handled exceptionally well. They even booked the sightseeing entrance tickets for our group, made reservations at the restaurants we visited, organised a live traditional Balinese entertainment for us at the villa, a yoga class & a cooking class in Ubud. I would like to mention names of a few staff who gave us the best hospitality - Ratih at their head office; Ms Ayu, who took care of all the details once we arrived at the villa, and her staff Darsin & Putu! I would give Villa Mannao a 11/10!

We came to Villa Mary to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. There were 10 of us, 2 in each of the 5 bedrooms. The space is massive and beautiful and well equipped for a group of our size. There are so many spots all of the property — the huge lawn, the multiple pools, the open living room, the gazebo, the hot tub, the MOVIE THEATRE! It’s kind of incredible that all of this is in one villa. The location is the perfect distance away from the traffic and crazy of Canggu center but less than 10 min on a bike from the action. Highly highly recommend this villa along with Yudi and the great team! Big thanks for making this celebration so special.

Seriously a stunning house in a stunning location. This property has everything you need… property management went over and above expectations to make our stay perfect. No complaints.
