It was exactly what we needed after walking the Royal Coastal track! Thoughtful touches made us feel right at home, and the apartment was beautifully clean. We enjoyed the serene river views with plentiful birdlife which were even better for being on the first floor.

Cannot recommend this spot enough. The brilliant location and views are second to Nicole as a host. She is above and beyond, has plenty of pantry/fridge staples and snacks, surplus coffee, is super helpful and caring and has placed so many lovely touches around the apartment. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Patricia’s place. The space was spotlessly clean, cosy, and incredibly comfortable — a real home away from home. The ocean views were simply magnificent and made every morning feel special. I also loved how easy it was to walk into town — such a convenient location! Patricia was a thoughtful and welcoming host, and everything was just as described. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The whole apartment including the kitchen was clean and well furnished. The location less than a block from Botany Bay is beautiful and convenient and there is a supermarket a short walk away.. Thekla is a very friendly hostess and she and her husband were very helpful. I would totally recommend this place.

Danny's house exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable—right on Coogee Beach, where we enjoyed morning strolls and breathtaking sunrises. With cafes, shops, and local attractions all within easy reach, it was the perfect spot for exploring and unwinding. Danny was an exceptional host, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. He was incredibly accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate beachside getaway, this is the place! We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

The grandkids were not only allowed but welcomed in that there were toys and beach stuff there for them. We didn't need to take the portable cot as one was provided which was better and bigger than the portable one so made more room in the car. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect. Directly opposite a playground and the beach both of which we spent loads of time at. Found our new favourite picnic spot nearby, but the location will just have to be our secret. It was a very relaxing special place to be with our son and his family. Fluer also allowed our other son and his partner to visit.

The place was beautifully designed with lots of nice details. Mike was super friendly—he waited for us to arrive and gave us a tour of the house, which we really appreciated. The swivel chairs and fireplace were such unique touches, and the ocean view was amazing. The house was also really well soundproofed, which made it extra relaxing. We had a great stay!

The stay was remarkable and I dare say one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed in. The view surrounded by the ocean is amazing and the house really felt like home. This is big considering I was travelling with a 7 month old baby and a 3 year old toddler. I felt the house had what we needed as a family and it was a nice space to take it slow on our trip and enjoy the surroundings. The beds were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were very clean too. Just to take note there’s steps going down into the house and that laundry is outside the house but just a few steps away, probably to take note in case of bad weather. I had an incredible stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Nash was an excellent host, providing clear communication . The check-in process was seamless, and everything I needed was readily available. I especially loved “the balcony with a great view” . This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It was exactly as described. The house was immaculately clean! Great bathrooms and showers! Comfy beds. A full kitchen including a barista type coffee machine ready to go. There was an abundance of linen, blankets, bathroom items even down to make up wipes! The fridge was filled with the essentials and many extras. We found a welcome hamper on our arrival and even our small dog was well catered for much to everyone’s delight. There was books, board games and electronic games. The house interior was modern, fresh and beautifully decorated. It felt more like a home than a house. There has been a lot of thought put into this Airbnb. We wanted for nothing. Fabulous hosts, we can’t wait for our next trip! Thank you!

Rick was very friendly and proactive. Loved the place so much as it was perfect for our friends and kids. the view from the place was perfect and there was a playground nearby for the kids to explore. Rick also very kindly provided 2 booster seats for our kids during mealtime. Would highly recommend the place and if theres another chance that we travelled to this area we would love to stay here again.

Simply amazing place. Beautifully furnished and decorated, it felt like home straight away. The most comfortable beds ever with quailty bed linen and towels. Great Beach side location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Lee provided a mini fridge full of snacks and drinks which served as breakfast. it's a shame we only stayed one night, his place would've been perfect for a multi night getaway from the busy Sydney life.

Xiao and Tim were wonderful hosts, warm, friendly, and welcoming. Their home was spotless, and the room was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly air-conditioned—just what we needed during the hot weather. The patio was a lovely spot to relax, and for fellow dog lovers, cuddles with their adorable pups, Lotus and Phoenix, were an added treat (at your discretion). The complex also offered fantastic amenities, including a beautiful outdoor heated pool and a well-equipped gym. The location is also excellent! Right on the harbour and a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stunning beaches. A fantastic stay—I highly recommend it!

It’s a simple 1960s or 70s flatblock. But Jack has set it up really well. Light, clean, feels really good. Nice little things like coffee machine and nice toiletries. Close to the action. Good place to stay.

This property was stunning. The view was breathtaking. The host was lovely and left beautiful treats like chocolate, fruits and wine. The bathroom supplies were also above and beyond. Everything you could need if you forgot to bring toiletries. Will definitely be back.
