This stylish and recently renovated the apartment is the perfect getaway to explore the area. Only 280m to ocean pools & Austinmer beach. Please note a neighbour to the south is doing a renovation and there might be noise on weekdays between 7am and 3:30pm. Please let me know before you book if this is an issue. thanks ;) The area offers stunning beaches, ocean pools, bushwalks and bike paths.

Rustic open plan space for up to 5 guests. On the main road & 10 minute walk to beautiful, patrolled, Scarborough Wombarra beach. A converted shopfront w/loft bedrooms. Only basic cooking facilities (toaster, kettle & electric wok). No outdoor area but great nature & picnic spots nearby. Not suitable for smokers, neighbour has an allergy. The main road can be noisy at times.
