In just a few minutes you can reach the Golm ski and hiking area and a hiking trail starting straight behind the house takes you into the fascinating mountain world of the Rätikon. Bright rooms, lots of space, cosy seating areas, comfortable beds and a successful mixture of old and new await you - the ideal place for your family holiday or vacation with friends.

Ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes, Lake Constance in 35 minutes. The Dornbirn Exhibition Park is 25 minutes away, and the Brandnertal Bike Park is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy the view of the mountains and valley from the sunny side of the mountain. Hiking trails are within walking distance, and in winter the journey is also easy without winter equipment.

Aktivum Montafon - a fantastic view!

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. We look forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and are available to all guests with advice and assistance in planning and implementing tours!

6 exclusive apartments have been newly built with fully equipped kitchen, wine refrigerator and great dining area, with additional sofa bed, comfort bathrooms, TV, WLAN, wardrobe, bedroom, bed linen, towels, underground garage and balcony/garden. There's ski room in the house, biker room, and check in. Tourist tax is charged extra, p/person €2.30 per day. For a 3rd and/or 4th person 25,00€ extra will be charged. For 2 people, the cleaning is at €55, for each additional person €10.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.
