Lesund is located approximately halfway between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Several well-marked hiking trails, "Støttepunkt" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to a fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well suited for families with children, as there are terrain trails, zip-line, etc. Lots of possibilities!
