Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We had a very nice stay at this place and the host was really friendly. i would recommend thia place to others, as it is a perfect location to start hikes or bike trips.

A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot or by bus (ski area, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauern thermal baths, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family

An exceptionally beautiful apartment! The mountain view is gigantic. We also liked the jacuzzi outside and the sauna. We went skiing in the Hochfügen ski resort, which was easily accessible from the apartment and was not overcrowded despite the high season.

Everything worked out great. Cooking for 8 people was a bit difficult as there were not enough utensils.

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely be back and gladly recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! We were 6 (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly received with homemade cake and were given a short tour of the property. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the property are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and got some to try. The area is also beautiful: lots of hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea! They are incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back!

The description of the chalet by the lake was apt. A really nicely restored and furnished large farmhouse, although chalet is more accurate. A very beautiful outdoor area around the house and especially at the lake!!! Simply an accommodation that left nothing to be desired.

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

There were four of us there and we felt comfortable right from the start. Also, our late arrival due to traffic was not a problem at all and the reception was very warm and friendly. The apartment is super nice and modern, perfectly exchanged and clean, as well as great views of the mountains. The pools are great and we also enjoyed using the sauna. We also got excursion tips. The accommodation is lovingly decorated, clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything easily. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful unit, newly renovated, clean and spacious and close to the KitzSki Ski resort. It was very at home/cozy and also had a balcony with Mountain View. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The apartment was well furnished and as described. Ideal for our ski trip. Hahnenkammbahn can be reached by ski bus or taxi (€25 for a large taxi). Fleckalmbahn is also easily accessible. Would book the apartment again 👍 Communication with Johanna was also flawless

We stayed at Alexandra's place for an extended weekend. Apartment is corresponding to the description. Everything was tidy. Communication with Alexandra without problems. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

Elena was very welcoming and responsive. Nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful (late May) and the village is only a five minute walk.

We had a very nice stay with Inge. The apartment itself was very well equipped and it was lovely and quiet. After a long walk in the beautiful surroundings, you can relax here. The views from the apartment/ balcony and the area are really fantastic. The owners are also very friendly and quick to respond to messages.
