Behind it rise the hills of the Erzgebirge, which you can hike from the house. The Erzgebirge Railway takes you to well-known places in the Erzgebirge such as Wolkenstein, Annaberg and Oberwiesenthal.

Wanderungen zu den nahen Schlössern Lichtenwalde und Augustusburg ermöglicht. Die Terrasse und der romantische Garten laden zum frühstücken, grillen und chillen ein 🔆.

Sie wohnen in unserer neu eingerichteten rustikalen Ferienwohnung (70qm) im Erdgeschoss. Sie umfasst eine offene Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Schlafraum mit Doppelstockbett für zwei Kinder und Bad mit Toilette und Dusche und verfügt über Fußbodenheizung. In der Küche finden Sie einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Backofen mit Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer misst 2 x 2 m. Parkplätze für PkW und Abstellgelegenheiten für Fahrräder sind kostenfrei vor Ort.

The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
