Apartment vacation rentals in Augusta County

We stayed in this condo for a fun ski weekend and were so happy with everything. Great location! We shuttled our ski stuff up to the drop off area for ease with the kids (one of us dropped off the fam and gear and parked the car and walked up in our ski boots- took about 5 min) and we all walked home with our gear at the end of the day. Really convenient being so close to the market for any treats or snacks we wanted. The condo itself was plenty spacious for the 4 of us and had everything we needed. We had a great weekend, thank you!!

Slavic's place was perfect for our family of four! He included detailed instructions about where to park, how to get in, and about Wi-Fi. We felt very safe, and everything was very clean. It was a quiet neighborhood, and we barely heard his parents above us—just a few footsteps in the morning. The filtered water and spotless, full-size fridge were quite nice. My boys were delighted by the full-sized complimentary chocolate bars. The linens were clean and quality materials, and the beds were super comfortable. There were pull-down shades, which are helpful, but if you want total darkness, I would bring blackout curtains and painter's tape. There are many outlets and mirrors, so people can get ready just about anywhere. We liked the automatic light outside the bathroom so you could see during the night. We also appreciated that we could lock the door that led to the second floor for peace of mind. Thank you for an incredible stay! We will absolutely be back!

David's place was exactly what our family needed on our second day driving on our road trip vacation. Close to the end of Skyline drive and the start of the Blue Ridge Parkway. David's description and instructions were very clear and we knew exactly what we were expecting. He says it's a work in progress, which it is, in the sense of imperfection on the walls. But it was totally good with us! The two king beds worked perfectly for us and were so so comfy! If you're on the fence book it! It was quiet, with a little foot traffic as they live upstairs but not like in a hotel. Just book it, you won't be sorry!

We had a fabulous time at Sandy’s place! It was a beautiful home inside and the views of the sunrise were AMAZING! 🌄🌄It was great to sit on the deck each morning! It’s a fabulous location with a hiking trail steps from the house, not to mention a sandwhich market and pizza place within walking distance! We didn’t need to bring any food, just went to the market which had everything! After a fall hike it’s a great place to relax and watch some football in the trees! It’s a beautiful home full with all the things you need, comfy beds and blankets a beautiful kitchen and plenty of space - I can’t wait to go back!

In area for work for the week, brought a friend. Ended up getting a winter storm same day of arrival, was unable to spend as much time outside as we had hoped. Fortunately, the place was comfortable and warm. We ended up enjoying relaxing evenings watching shows and cooking. Will return again when in the area.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area. The unit was just as described, well furnished and cozy. The bed was firm and comfortable - a real plus. Little things like fluffy towels made daily routines more comfortable. The location is right in downtown Staunton in a very walkable area. We drove into town and never had an issue with finding free parking on the street - usually right out front. We did have a concern with the bakery below the unit playing loud music early in the morning (on days the bakery wasn't open), but Simon and Kirk were very responsive and quick to address the issue for us, which we really appreciated.

We loved our stay and plan to come back again! Allison was super responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. She gave great recommendations for local wineries and restaurants as well. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and made it feel like home on our short trip!

Kristen and Chris' place is a hidden gem! The unit was comfortable, spacious, private and exceptionally clean. It was conveniently located to many shops and restaurants as well JMU's campus. There was ample street parking. While it is a basement apartment in an older home, I could barely hear anyone walking upstairs. I highly recommend their place and will be staying there again!

Sharon was a wonderful host, very communicative and welcoming. We loved our stay so much that we truly didn’t want to leave. From the decor to the peaceful surroundings we felt relaxed as soon as we walked in. Thank you Sharon for sharing such an amazing home, we definitely want to come back again.

This place was awesome! Clean and quiet with some amazing views. There’s an abundance of wild life so be mindful when driving. The host is amazing. There’s hot chocolate and a beautiful fire place. Blankets if you choose to sit on the balcony with some hot chocolate and enjoy the view. Many food choices to choose from that aren’t too far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend you do too.

The apartment was so freshly painted and bright! The space was very nice!! The craftsmanship was very impressive. All surfaces above the floor were very clean. Our grandchild loved running around and up and down the hallway!! We would definitely stay there again if we have guests with us!!

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!
