Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

A cozy living space features a plush gray sectional sofa adjacent to a wooden dining table set for four. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the room, while a television is mounted on the wall. A small side table holds a fruit plate.

The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. The villas are a mile walk (each way) into town —perfect for working off the gelato we walked to get most evenings. They have a private dock stocked with paddle boards, deck chairs, and a fridge to store beverages for the day. Alex is the on-site manager and is very responsive and had nice local recommendations. We lived our time here.

We had a wonderful time at Wörthersee and Martina‘s house was a fantastic base for us and a home from home. The kids enjoyed the table tennis and table football and granddad the shade under the trees in the garden. The views are stunning and the walk to the beach through the woods was special.

A private balcony overlooks the serene waters of Wörthersee, framed by expansive glass. Comfortable seating is arranged beside a dining area, offering views of sailboats and lush greenery across the lake. The atmosphere is bright and airy, inviting relaxation.

We were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner and provided with good tips. The host is super helpful! There is a free swimming area nearby, which is great. In the accommodation you have great views with mountain panoramic views. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need.
