The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

A well-maintained garden is illuminated by soft lighting as twilight settles in. Neatly trimmed grass stretches across the yard, bordered by flower beds. In the background, a two-story house is visible, with a peaceful rural landscape extending beyond the garden.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. The place was as described and as shown in the photos, very nice and pleasant. Contact with the hosts was quick and very friendly. We were able to take very nice bike tours from the accommodation. They were beautiful days and do not rule out coming back again. Thanks so much

It was a great weekend for my boyfriend and me, the perfect weekend trip to simply escape everyday life and unwind. It was really a very modern furnished and cozy tiny house as seen in the pictures in real even so much more beautiful. We will definitely come back - I can highly recommend it. Many thanks to the friendly hosts and also to the nice staff who made our departure unforgettable with the great meet & greet with the alpacas.

We had a great time with Marco and Marie-Helene. The space was really beautiful and luxurious. We had plenty of space for ourselves and the surroundings are wonderfully quiet. The hosts are very friendly. We were served at our beckons. We would definitely like to come back for a longer stay.

Ingrid and Ewald were great hosts. The apartment is really very nice, comfortable and well furnished. There was nothing missing. Highlights are the many small technical features 😄👍 (lighting, blinds)! The location is perfect for cycling or hiking. There were helpful documents in the apartment, for example, from the ADFC😎! The time was too short to explore everything, i.e. we will be happy to come back😁!

This is a lovely, spacious apartment in Flüren; perfect for our needs. Matthias was welcoming and helpful and the place was clean and warm.

We stayed with Daniela for one night with our two children and would have really liked to have stayed longer. We felt really comfortable right from the start, because the apartment was totally cozy and above all clean. There was a personal welcome letter and something delicious to drink for everyone. This apartment really lacks nothing. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is beautifully large and lovingly furnished. Antje and her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us everything. Only the dog of the house does not like visitors and has also said this clearly. The apartment is upstairs and easily accessible via creaky spiral staircase and room door. Other rooms start from the hallway on the upper floor, which are used with other people during the day (cosmetics studio?). We were particularly enthusiastic about Antje's friendly and uncomplicated manner. She was immediately there if we had any questions or needed help, so we felt well taken care of. If you can easily hide secondary noise, this apartment will feel very, very comfortable in this apartment, because from my point of view it offers everything you need to feel good. We say THANK YOU for the hospitality and the beautiful time in Wesel. Libe Regards, Sigrid
