Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. The cozy vacation rental is on the ground floor of an apartment building. Living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower is at your disposal here. There are sleeping options for max. 4 - 5 people. We now have a nice new double bed (1.40 m wide) and two single beds in the bedroom. So 3 - 4 people can sleep very comfortably. They also have their own parking space on our property.

Centrally but quietly located with wonderful views of the mountains and St. Wolfgang's Church, the apartment is located on the top floor of our owner-occupied family home. As a former Royal Saxon bobbin school and later branch of the Academy of Fine Arts, the building is now privately owned and is inhabited by us as the owner and family with 4 children.
