Monthly Rentals in Audubon Park

Perfect studio. Modern decor and amazing artwork. Loved spending time in as much as spending time out. The thoughtfullness of the host is incredibly. From umbrellas right by the door to stain removers. Previous users had left the make up removers opened so they were dry. I hope all guests treat this space as it should be treated. I am very short but even for that the host had proactively added a step ladder for the higher selves. Water and the nola monopoly were an added plus. The AC and fan were noisy but that is me being irritated with minor noise at night. The location is good. I wish I could go back. Ricky has better amenities than most of the 5 star hotels and is checking but discreetly on your stay.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our trip. We loved that the location was close to all the fun NoLA attractions but also nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. We will definitely check availability again for future trips to the city!

I was in town for a month for research, and was very pleased with my stay at Janell's place. The listing is as described and the area was quiet and peaceful. It was a great option for longer term stay, away from the crowds in the downtown/touristy parts of New Orleans. The only minor thing worth mentioning is that the walkway to the backhouse is a little tricky regarding access. The host did give a heads up about the slight obstruction, and apologized. The wifi was spotty at times, but quickly fixed. Overall, I had a really positive stay and thank Janell and Andre for their hospitality!
