I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

Host was great and responsive to all our needs.

We loved staying at Evert’s apartment, its was our second stay at Bahama bay resort and this was our favourite. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is possibly the biggest apartment in the resort, lovely balcony and lake view. The resort itself is still fab too, great pools and restaurant. Great comms too from Evert made it really easy, thanks for having us.

Everything was amazing. The place is very nice and clean, I would just add more kitchen utensils, since for the number of people who rent the pots and pans are not enough, but everything else is perfect

I had a wonderful stay in Kissimmee, Florida! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-kept, and just like the photos. The location was perfect and made getting around easy. It truly added to the overall experience of the trip. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and easy to find. Clean, tidy and lots of space for our family to relax. Our son really enjoyed the gaming area, with endless games of pool. Christian was a great host and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Cami’s place during a trip to Disney, and it worked well for our family of three. The unit is in a quiet, gated complex that felt very safe. Our daughter especially loved the pool! The location was great—about a 20–25 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Cami was responsive and accommodating, especially with our (unplanned) late arrival, which we really appreciated. There were just a couple of things that felt a bit misleading from the listing. It mentioned two queen beds, but they were actually full-sized. Also, the listing stated that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but if there was, it appeared to be behind a locked door and not accessible to us. This was a bit disappointing since in-unit laundry is something we typically look for, but we managed fine without it. We just wanted to note this in case it’s important for other guests too. That said, we overall had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a Disney trip.

I recommend this place. The communication was excellent. The location was also excellent, and the house met the description.

This was definitely a great place to stay, easy to check in and the host was so responsive! I hosted a birthday party and everyone had an amazing time and had everything they needed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is very private and really homey. Lots of space! I’d book again

Absolutely loved our stay! This home was perfect for our needs—beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the space had such a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Hi the stay at Dan and Emilias lace was wonderful, it was spacious, clean, near stores and restaurants, great place, thy had it well equipped with everything you will want and need ,it was like you were at home for real, I'm a cook and the kitchen had something I needed , they even had a hand mixer, cutting board, all sizes of bowls, and ots and pans, we really enjoyed the stay, THANKS AGAIN..WE WILL COME BACK..

All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

We had a great stay- a family of four, kids 10 and 13. Loved the location of this, calm and felt very safe being gated. It was close to lots of places to eat and things to see or visit like Universal, Davenport and Orlando Premium outlets. We also loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there, no heating necessary. Sun came in around 10.30/11.00 and had a magical sunset view with the lake. The dining table and chairs, or at least the cushions, were not so clean or nice so didn’t use but the sun beds were great. The beds were very comfortable. Great with laundry machine and tumble dryer & beach towels too! Kitchen was well equipped but I would have liked to have at least two wine glasses or champagne glasses but otherwise very happy with everything in the kitchen. Nice with complimentary coffee pods (even if we bought stronger ones 😉). I would definitely recommend this place!!

Had a great stay, was clean when arriving and had most of the amenities needed, would recommend staying here :)

Very responsive. We stayed 9 nights with a family of 5. We bought some free&clear detergent, extra TP. He added black-out curtains in 3rd room for us & brought us a broom to use. The non-master sink didn’t drain well & the towel rack was coming out of the wall. Still usable. Master bathroom lighting terrible for make-up. Great hot water - never ran out when all 5 showering one after the other. Only non-master shower had a hand-held shower head (very helpful when washing my kids’ hair). No hand towels, but we weren’t using the pool, so we used two pool towels in the bathrooms to dry our hands. (6 bath towels and 6 pool towels are provided). Bathroom soap watered down and squirts out like water. Message Carlos before you arrive to get gate code & door code. Nice big table to eat at. No issues using kitchen - we used every morning & night. We were 10-20 min drive away from the 4 non-water Disney parks. The first night there was a loud party across the way till 10pm and I lost my mind

If you have a small family and plan to visit the theme parks this place is for you! it's affordable, has a great pool and is only about 15-20 min drive from the Disney parks, universal, Medieval Times and Gator Land. We loved having the kitchen and the washer/dryer for our clothes. Also at 9pm each night we can see the Disney fireworks from the elevator balcony! Make sure to check out the Dollar Tree next door for awesome deals :)

So fab for families, has pool toys, kitchen stuff you forget to order, super close to Disney and condo’s pool; owner makes sure you are stress free and relaxed; everything for kids - little to older; right next to pool

We loved our stay at Nicoleta's! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and truly the cherry on top of a perfect stay! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!
