Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

Small independent house within our property, located between Bourges and Sancerre. We are in a small village 2 km from the shops and very close to the pottery village of La Borne. The 60 m2 house can accommodate 4 people, it consists of a main room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is a terrace in front of the house and also a wooded area with garden table and chairs.
