A real favorite ❤️ Emma and her mom Delphine are exemplary in their responsiveness, always available for any questions and we thank them for the fruit jellies and the bottle of water offered upon arrival. Emma's apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet and perfectly equipped area: nothing is missing, even the laundry capsule. The real plus: the parking space and garage available, a real plus in the city. A stay at home. We would recommend this listing 200%

What a beautiful apartment! A tasteful combination of preserving the old cultural elements of the building (wood floors, fireplace, volcano /mountain rocks, wood beams) while adding modern and comfortable features (fully and tastefully renovated space). The AC on a hot day was appreciated. Very comfortable and spacious king size bed and sofa. Good quality mattress, pillows and linens. New sound-proof windows. Excellent espresso provided. Centrally located. Walking distance from the cathedral, pedestrian shopping area and many food choices. By far the best quality and coziest Rbnb we’ve ever rented !!!! Merci!

We spent 2 nights at the Bohème with my wife. It's been a long time since we've had such a pleasant stay. The accommodation is in a great location, and it is incredibly beautiful. Super well decorated, it's heavenly. The hosts are very accessible and friendly. The added bonus is that they offer small extras for our arrival. I asked for an aperitif kit, a charcuterie and cheese board, a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers for my wife, everything was of very good quality. As a little extra we had a small basket of strawberries that were very very good. Of course, they offer other supplements! In short, I 100% recommend this accommodation for all couples who would like to spend a few nights disconnected, to meet and share unforgettable moments. I'll be back with my wife.

Amazing stay! I had a great time at this listing. Everything was perfectly as advertised, or even better! The bed was huge and ultra comfortable. The decor is nice and neat, which makes the place even more pleasant. Special mention for the jacuzzi, super easy to use and great for relaxing. Charming accommodation, as described on the website. Friendly and attentive hosts. Five minutes from downtown Clermont Ferrand, and departures for various highways such as A71, A 89 and A 75. Very convenient.

Very nice accommodation for a very good value and all the amenities needed on a daily basis. Very complete and very well arranged studio, the Jacuzzi is obviously a plus that makes the place charming. The bedding is perfect as well as the bed (giant) and the pillows are very nice and comfortable. The only negative point, (already mentioned in the listing) is the footsteps above the apartment as well as the neighbors who go down the stairs, without being discreet... We highly recommend the accommodation, whether for a night or a week.

We had a lovely stay at Florence and Nicolas' place, who are wonderful hosts and were always on hand with help and advice. The apartment is in a very quiet and calm location with a beautiful garden and lots of green. The appartment is very well equipped, clean, and pleasantly cool when the outside temperature is warm. Good for up to four people with plenty of outside space. The surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely recommended.
