Superb secure residential villa in a quiet area, sea view, on les trois secs and on the ND de la Garde chapel. Comfortable with swimming pool, boules court, trampoline, table tennis, parking. Close to a bakery and restaurants. 700m 10 minutes on foot, 2 min by car from the Figuerolles and Mugel beaches as well as from the Port town centre with night market all summer long. Close to the Soubeyrannes cliffs, the Michel Simon house, the Bec de l'Aigle semaphore, beautiful walks 5 min away on foot.
