Im Umkreis von 20 bis 50 Kilometer befinden sich Zürich mit seinem See, Luzern, Einsiedeln und auch Engelberg, mit dem berühmten Titlis, der in kurzer Reisezeit erreicht werden kann. Our house is located in the middle of many well-marked hiking trails. Within the radius of 12 Miles to 31 Miles is Zurich with its lake, Lucerne, Einsiedeln and also Engelberg with the famous Titlis. Can as well be reached in a short travel time.

Ski stations, hiking possibilities (flumserberg or braunwald) are around 1 hour away by car. Pets not allowed.

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

Jose and his wife were very kind and the room was great. Although we only had the room and private bathroom, we had enough privacy. We could also use the kitchen, living room and balcony. Jose was helpful but not intrusive. Coco, her dog, is very sweet and Jose also warned us for safety's sake, whether we can handle a dog in the apartment, which was not a problem for us. The apartment is easily accessible by train. We highly recommend the room, especially if you are visiting someone near Horgen!

It's a really good deal. It is clean and everything you could need is there. It was a fun experience meeting Mäggie and the people from the other rooms :) The house has a beautiful garden and a nice spot at the lake is less than 10min away.

I really loved this space; it was so peaceful and so beautiful. It was right by the lake, and it felt so serene, as if I was in my own world. The only thing is it's quite a far walk to the metro but there is a bus, and actually I liked being apart from the city and the walk is stunning by the lake and the view of the mountains. This place is magical!! You have to get the sky loft room with the bathtub an breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne. You did need a rental car to book this place. But it’s worth it.
