Wonderful views of the mountain with its bare granite boulders and wild vegetation, fruit bat flying low and different sounds of birds is an everyday thing. The garden is full of tropical flowers, banana tree, coconut tree, lemon grass, papaya tree etc.. Guests will particularly favor the ample living space and the distinct home from home ambiance. The apartment is open plan living, allowing you to see everyone wether they are in the kitchen, living room or balcony. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment consist of a fully equip kitchen with high quality appliances. Oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, blender, lavazza coffee machine, rice cooker. Bathrobe, hairdryer, beach towel and bag, safe deposit box, iron is also in your room and all bathroom amenities. As private entertainment in your apartment you have cable TV, Bose blue tooth speaker, playing cards, unlimited WIFI, free local calls. The reception has a variety of books you can borrow. Eden Hills Residence provide daily maid service and turn down service, 1.5 Ltrs of mineral water per person daily, free tea and coffee. When you arrived your fridge will have a welcome food and beverage starter pack and a seasonal fruit bowl. Once on site we can help you with organizing car rental, sightseeing, hiking, scuba diving, snorkeling, and many more activities. We do recommend renting a car to make moving around easier. If you are not comfortable with driving, there are bus stops within 5 minutes walking. Taking the bus is safe, easy and adventurous. Within a fifteen minutes drive you will be able to eat at about 6 different restaurants or cafe and within 5 minutes we have a superb caterer that can provide local dinner delivery to your apartment. Or you can cook your selection of local fishes, fruits and vegetables. About 5 minutes walking distance there is 2 quiet and beautiful beach you can explore. Anse Boileau Beach is shallow water which allow you to just sit and enjoy the view. Anse Louis beach offers stunning sunset, good for swimming and snorkeling. You will be spoil for choice where beautiful beach is concern in Seychelles. At Eden Hills Residence we go out of our way to provide a memorable holiday to our guests. I wanted to live Seychelles from a natural and "non-touristic" perspective. And I think Erade's place contributed a lot to it. Besides being clean and welcoming, Paradise is the perfect choice for those who love nature, tranquillity and a bit of "wildness" without quitting the basic comforts. The area is all managed by Erade's family thanks to a daily hard work and passion, they plant and produce great food and I am so happy that I contributed to support their efforts. Their fruits and food are delicious! Furthermore, the whole family is awesome, welcoming and discreet; always happy to help and open to talk (we had a couple of great and meaningful conversations). They also gave me good tips on how to explore the area: trust them, they are pure local :) Thank you, Erade and Stephen!

The property is exactly as shown in the listed photos. Rather it is more beautiful in reality. Very nice location, easy to find and beach is walkable. The host was very responsive, right from enquiries till the final check out. We needed an extended stay which was readily agreed upon a reasonable extra payment. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and dining ware suitable for 5-6 people, with appliances of microwave/cooking gas stove/toaster/fridge/washing machine/iron and clothes board/basic toiletries/towels. The check in was smooth with the receptionist giving clear instructions and nearby supermarkets and food recommendations. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and worth the money! Definitely a recommendation for Mahe.

Lenny was a great host and he made sure everything was just perfect for us during our stay. Before we got to the place he made detailed videos explaining how to reach there and every morning he would send us recommendations on where to go around and explore. The hospitality was great and would recommend the home to anyone searching.

A simple guesthouse not far from the airport (10 min. on the bus) along the main road. The swimming pool is small but clean and surrounded by nice vegetation. There is a very nice beach and a small shop 5-10 min. walk away. The personnel is very competent and helpful. The rooms are simple but spacious and clean. Good value for money.

Sarah is the definition of a super host! Very responsive to all my queries but what stood out was the catering she arranged for Christmas Day lunch for 13 people. The food was delicious and consisted of local dishes and traditional Christmas dishes. Way too much food which fed us for the next few days. The house has everything you need. We had 6 kids with us and each of them loved the house, especially the pool area and were super excited that there were pet tortoises. Was certainly a home away from home. I highly recommend this property. Hopefully we will be able to return one day.

Many thanks to Anette and Roy for the beautiful days at the place. The apartment is flooded with light and offers a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony or by the pool and taking in the view. The place is a good starting point to explore many interesting beaches by car and close to the Spice Garden, which is almost within walking distance. We found the presence of the animals, the three giant tortoises and the kittens quite touching, wonderful! If a small renovation of the apartment were to be done, I would immediately give 6 stars😉, we felt very comfortable overall, thank you and best regards to Anette and Roy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is our second time and will come back again. You feel right at home. A special luxury in the house is the daily cleaning of the wonderful cleaners. The house is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Looking forward to next time. 😊
