The lovingly designed apartment offers plenty of space for relaxed, quiet living. With a stylish kitchen and dining area, centrally located in Straubing. The terrace invites you to end the day in a cozy way. The studio is perfect for guests who like to explore because of its walking distance to the city center (5-minute walk). As well as for employees who are on a business trip and would like to have more space than just a hotel room for themselves (approx. 45 square meters) The B8 is within easy reach.

Sleeping options include a double bed and a sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for cyclists. Cars can be parked free of charge at Hagen (5-minute walk) or in the parking garages. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. In the immediate vicinity are shops serving daily needs and many sights. The train station is about 10 minutes away.

We were in Straubing for a weekend trip. Andrea greeted us personally, so we didn't have to use the lockbox at all. We were able to store our car privately with her. Communication in advance was straightforward and very timely. The apartment itself has everything you need for a nice stay in this great city. We were even able to make coffee and end the evening with a local beer (thank you again for that, dear Andrea!). The location is excellent: you are on the Danube in no time and the old town is just a stone's throw away! In short: We highly recommend Andrea and her place!

Nice room in a new building complex near Rosenheim train station. The city center is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. There is a restaurant and a large shopping complex nearby. The kitchen and living room are shared with Julian, who is very friendly and happy to help guests. The bathroom is available for exclusive use and is equipped with a walk-in shower. The room itself is furnished with a large closet, a box spring bed and a small desk. In the living room there is a TV with Netflix access. The window can be darkened. What I missed was a fly screen on the window, as I like to sleep with the window open in the summer. Overall everything was very good.

Super lovely sweet little apartment. I was in Straubing for a few days for work and the location of the apartment was just perfect. Large parking almost outside the door and not a long walk to the pedestrian zone. I felt comfortable and would be happy to come back.
