Monthly Rentals in Attica

Katerina's apartment was exactly what we needed. Close to the subway, lots of cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance, and a clean and organized space. We stayed for just under a month and I cant imagine being anywhere else.

Everything was great and the apartment very clean. The neighborhood was very calm and beautiful. We definitely recommend it!

Casa Vathel was a fantastic place to stay during our 3-nights visit in Athens! The apartment is in a fantastic location, 100 metres from a busy avenue, but oh so quiet, with its own off-road parking space and amenities like bakery, supermarket and metro/train stations all within a 5-min walk. Thelma has been a superb host, being utterly friendly and great at communicating, giving us clear details for the self check-in process and all apartment-related instructions. Thelma even offered to arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport, which I thought was a great gesture! The apartment was spotless clean and cosy and well-equipped with all necessary things. I give both Casa Vathel, as a property, and Thelma, as a host, full 5 stars without hesitation!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Kolonaki. It is exactly as on the pictures and is the best equipped rental apartment we have ever stayed in. Kolonaki is a very nice and safe neighbourhood, close enough to be able to walk to all major sights. Communication with Regina is effortless. She showed us great cooperation when we ran into a medical emergency, because of which we were unable to continue our sightseeing. We will come back to Athens to visit those sights and hope that the apartment will be available when we do. Thank you Regina!
