On the 1st Floor, there are 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and a shared bathroom, with two of the bedrooms having access to the terrace. It has a garden with a swimming pool and barbecue area.

Each accommodation has an exclusive space for sunbathing. The pool is shared between both, and is closed between November and mid-March.
