Welcome to our country retreat 1/2 mile from I-65. Stay for a night during a road trip or a little longer and enjoy the area. Visit the Poarch Creek museum or casino at Exit 57. We're close enough for day trips to FL & AL beaches (about 1.5 hours). If you're into history, it's not far to the USS Alabama battleship or Fort Mims. Across the street is The Warehouse Market & Bakery, so you can grab some cinnamon rolls and groceries. Splash pad, parks, shopping & more in the town of Atmore (6 miles).

Jennings Park is close by and has a paved walking trail Plenty of restaurants ElReys Mexican, Happy kitchen Chinese. David’s Catfish, Camp 31 BBQ, simply donuts and so much more. There is a laundry mat conveniently located less than a mile. We are not responsible for water, Power or Internet service issues that may occur during your stay. THINGS TO NOTE: We do have a rooster that is fond of crowing. Lol

Come, stay and enjoy our farmhouse at Riverbend. Located in the center of several hundred acres of longleaf pines and mixed hardwoods, sloping down to the banks of the Perdido River. Some of our favorite activities include hiking and biking on a labyrinth of well-marked roads and trails, sporting clays, excellent birding opportunities and kayaking or canoeing on the pristine Perdido River. The remote natural setting on our stretch of the river offers our most valuable asset, PRIVACY.
