Monthly Rentals in Atlas Mountains

Accommodation true to the description, in a quiet area of Rota but at the same time close to the promenade and the area with bars and restaurants. Parking is a “plus” in our stay there with a 7-seater car that doesn't always fit in all parking lots. Located on the well-known “children's beach” and a few meters from Playa de la Costilla, it is surrounded by all services (buses, boat to Cádiz, bakeries, restaurants, churches...) Alicia, always attentive and considerate, despite a problem with the initial cleaning that Alicia offered to solve immediately, I would recommend this accommodation to the entire Airbnb community where we will surely return. Thank you for everything Alicia.

We stayed 2 people for 1 month. PROS: GREAT location. You are not farther than a 5-minute walk from anything. Spacious. Price. Windows & french balcony. Walk upstairs and you have a beautiful & tiny public balcony. CONS: We had alot of issues when arriving to the apartment... - Washer did not work. However, was replaced in about 4 days. There's a brand new one working great. - Dishwasher is very poor. -The pan was broken & there is no spatula. - Table is USABLE but falling apart. - The water heater above the closet leaks. My clothes kept getting wet. - NOISE. There is a club next door to us. There was LOUD noise every night until 5am-- not joking. - Bathroom STINKS. Seem like the sewer smell comes through the toilet and shower. OVERALL: We had a great time. Not perfect, but for a short stay it was totally fine. If they fix all these tiny issues, then I think its incredible. Tiny details didn't bother us but I think should be adressed.

Thanks to Mohamed and his family for hosting us. It feels like we're part of the family. Super apartment located in a strategic corner of Oran, all the necessary amenities nearby. Private parking. Mohamed and his family are attentive, responsive and very flexible. Whenever we're in Oran, I'll be at whose place to stay at. Thank you again and see you soon!
