Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Atlantique Department

It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Les instructions sont claires et utiles. J’ai beaucoup aimé la réactivité. La villa est très propre et semblable aux photos. Il y a plusieurs pièces pour accueillir la famille ou pour un weekend entre amis. Je recommande vivement.

L’appartement de Yannick est très sympa pour un weekend à Cotonou entres amis. L’endroit est exactement comme sur les photos. C’est confortable, moderne et hyper bien aménagé. Yannick et Monique étaient très sympas et flexibles. Je recommande !

Très sérieux. La villa est très propre et la personne qui vous accueille (Emile) est très gentil et serviable. Aucune difficulté pour la communication avec notre hôte du moment de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ. Je recommande fortement.

Hôte très accueillante, très réactive pour répondre aux questions. Très arrangeante pour les horaires. Maison très bien décorée. Très propre à l'arrivée. Ideale pour accueillir des européens. Dispose de toutes ce qu'il faut en vaisselle et électroménager. Ce qui est très rare au Bénin. Jardin très agréable également. Très accessible, proche d'une voie goudronnée. Merci pour votre accueil. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans la villa de Marel. Le lieu correspond exactement aux photos (voire encore mieux). Le plus de cette location est l’aménagement extérieur. Nous en avons profité à fond. L’hôte et ses interlocuteurs sont réactifs. A bientôt pour un nouveau séjour.

Super appartement avec une déco très sympa. Logement bien lumineux avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Un petit cocon à proximité de tous. Laetitia est une hôte agréable et super reactive. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour sur Cotonou.

Mon séjour chez Oreofe était juste parfait. Le logement se situe au coeur de la ville, cela m’a réellement facilité. Tout était très bien équipé, et je n’ai manqué de rien. De plus, je me suis senti en total sécurité. La terrasse de l’appartement est gigantesque, et nous donne un réel sentiment de liberté. Je le recommanderai avec grand plaisir, et j’y retournerai forcément pour mon prochain séjour! Merci et à très bientôt.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans l'appartement de Patrice (et son frère André). Il a été super accueillant et arrangeant. Les gérants sont très sympa et au petit soin^^ L'appartement était spacieux, tout équipé, impeccable et propre. Il était bien situé (facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport / Place de l'étoile rouge). La qualité de l'appartement vaut largement son prix (très concurrentiel). Nous recommandons vivement de séjourner à ODG Cotonou chez Patrice/André.

La résidence est conforme à mes attentes, personnel très accueillant et réactif à toutes les sollicitations, environnement calme paisible et sécurisé. Nombreux commerces aux alentours pour faire ses achats. Le cadre du logement est très confortable avec les équipements en rapport avec l'annonce (climatisation, wifi, TV... etc.

C est vraiment l endroit ideal pour des vacances. Le calme, le chant des oiseaux au réveil, la plage accessible à pied une grande douche avec cabine ce qui n est pas du propre des appartements au benin, une cuisine avec tout ce dont on a besoin, meme les torchons jetable, de l huile d oline des epices du thé du café.... et j en passe.... vraiment n ous n aurez pas besoin a votre arrivée tardive ou le lendemain d aller faire les magasins comme c est souvent le cas... vraiment top top top. Vraiment j aurais prefere guarder cet apparr a moi tout seul 😀 Ce n est pas le grand luxe vide qui fait la difference. Ces sont les petites attentions, et c est l idee derriere ce portail: Se sentir chez SOI. Bravo Edgard pour toutes ces petites attentions. Je recherche encore jusqu a présent inlassablement ce qui ne m a pas plu chez toi Edgard, mais en vain.

the studio is well situated and is very comfortable. the matrasses, as in most hotels in benin are very stiff.

J ai passé un excellent séjour chez Adébaré. Il a su apporter des réponses à toute mes questions. C est avec un réel plaisir que je reviendrai chez lui, je recommande ce logement sans problème .

I had an amazing stay at this place! It looked exactly like the pictures, which was awesome. The customer service was top-notch. Special shout out to Sobour from the management company who checked in with us regularly via text and phone. They were super quick to fix any minor issues, like when the wifi acted up, and there were instructions onsite for troubleshooting.The cleaning service was a big help, coming three times a week. The house is perfect for families with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and have both air conditioning and fans, so you have options. Hot water was always available, which is great when you have young kids. The 24-hour security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. There’s parking inside the property, but also plenty of space right in front, and with the security, it felt very safe.The location is fantastic, just minutes from all the great spots for food, drinks, and kids' activities. I highly recommend this place!

The host and hostess were very friendly and welcoming. The kids and everyone in our team enjoyed the stay with memorable moments. They made our stay very enjoyable throughout and also gave the kids a PS4 games machine.

It's a great place to be, Mr Mathine is a father indeed, staying in his place automatically makes you part of his family and he treats you like his own, friendliness and orderliness is the order of the game
