It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Instructions are clear and helpful. I really enjoyed the responsiveness. The villa is very clean and similar to the photos. There are several rooms to accommodate family or for a weekend with friends. I highly recommend it.

We just spent 6 weeks at Fausta's place. It's a quiet and popular neighborhood. The population around is lovely. You have all kinds of small shops to help you out, a seamstress just nearby and a dry cleaner that allowed us to iron our laundry for 150 fcfa per piece. The main road is 500m away to take a taxi/zem/tricycle. The apartment is well equipped: air conditioner, fan, wifi, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher etc. (more than we needed). Following a generator problem, Fausta upgraded us without being asked to accommodate us in her other more spacious home. The caretaker Parfait is available and kind. It was a great choice!👍

Great apartment with a very nice decor. Bright space with all the amenities you need. A little cocoon close to everyone. Laetitia is a pleasant and super responsive host. I will come back without hesitation on my next visit to Cotonou.

Mary House Residence is worth every cent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They were also very responsive. I enjoyed our short stay there and would recommend it for others visiting Cotonou. The place is about 10 minutes drive from the airport.
