Very good stay at Alex's apartment. Mosquito screens on all windows and doors and around beds. We have not used the A/C but it is available as needed. The accommodation is really very spacious, perfect for a family stay in Cotonou. The hosts are very welcoming and available and can prepare breakfast for you if needed.

Ayekemi, her mother, and Anna were gracious hosts. Ayekemi had great communication skills and her responses were always timely. The house was beautiful and very stylish. You are provided with a full kitchen, just bring the food and seasonings, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room and bathroom. The home is located in a quiet and secure neighborhood near popular restaurants and bars. You are about 5 mins from the airport and about 10-15 mins from the beach. I had an issue with the A/C in the bedroom and when i brought it to the attention of the family they quickly resolved it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The family was very accommodating to me and very hospitable. Thank you so much for having me!

Had a pleasant stay

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to everything and in the center of Cotonou, yet still peaceful and quiet. The thoughtful touches, like toiletries, coffee, tea etc, made us feel right at home. There is 24/7 security, a cleaning crew at your disposition and someone at the front desk 24/7. They also craft a touristic tour for you if requested. I couldn’t say enough about this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Cotonou. This will be my go to everytime I come back.

The apartment met expectations. Clean, welcoming and very quiet. The inner courtyard was definitely a big plus. In the same courtyard there is a very kind lady with 3 very nice daughters and always willing to help. Lucien, who managed my reservation, came to pick me up once I arrived in Ouidah (accompanying me to buy food and take me home) and came back on the day of my departure to help me organize my return to Cotonou. I would honestly be willing to pay even more given the listing. Highly recommended place, if you happen to book in Ouidah, you won't regret it. Thank you so much guys, you were wonderful!

the studio is well situated and is very comfortable. the matrasses, as in most hotels in benin are very stiff.

Great time; we felt like home. Had the whole apartment to ourselves. Don't mind the enviroments. It's typical in some parts in Africa. Aside from that, once you are in. You are good to go.

Great place, it's been a good experience

The stay at Résidence Eben Ezer was unforgettable for us. We were warmly welcomed and fell in love with the decor and amenities. We will come back and will not fail to recommend this residence to other friends and relatives who want to visit Cotonou. Not to be forgotten, I must also mention the sea wind that rocked us every evening on the terrace. Be brave and stay the course.

Very nice fully equipped apartment in a good location on the Route des Pêches. The pool on the upper terrace is beautiful with a breathtaking sea view. Recommended

Florence's place to stay in Cotonou is absolutely perfect for our group of 7! The location is ideal ( close to airport , beach), the impeccable cleanliness and the hosts are very welcoming. Florence allowed us to check in and out "without stress" with its time flexibility The pool accessible at any time is really a real plus. House employees were very kind and respectful. We had a nice stay and recommend this property.
