Amazing and beautiful place. Jhony responded all questions and concerns. The elevator doesn’t work for 2 days, the TV upstairs wasn’t working and the drain in guest bathroom was clogged. All minor issue that did not take away from such a great experience.:)

Nicoll was an excellent host, always very attentive to what is needed and very clear with the information. The apartment is beautiful, it was very clean and in a super nice area with supermarkets and shops quite close, the complex is also very nice and the staff is super friendly, we really enjoyed the pool and the rest of the amenities offered. Definitely an unbeatable place to stay for anyone looking for a quiet and safe stay in the best area of the city. Recommended

It is a quiet place, excellent to rest and the neighborhood is quiet, it has a mall nearby, easy access to Route 40 and the pier, if there are plans to go to Puerto Colombia it is perfect because it is near the exit to get there and it is not far. The soap for the washing machine that was recommended is appreciated.

I loved my stay at this place. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main points of interest in the city. Everything was impeccably clean and the place was in excellent condition, well cared for and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The house is very nice and comfortable, with more benefits than those published, such as air conditioning in common areas.

Great place for the value. owners are excellent and very kind. location demands a car or private mode of transport. it is also walkable to and fro from certain parts of the city. you can easily find moto taxis and buses right next door to support your stay. highly recommend.

I guess the standards will depend on where you live and what’s your lifestyle is. You have to take an account. You’re in a country that a lot of people don’t have necessities like we have here in the US. I found the house to be very nice. Yes, it’s very old. I guess in a historic districtthey could use better conditions around the pool. The house has a lot of room so you don’t feel uncomfortable with other guests there air conditioner works great everyone they’re very friendly.

Everything excellent, a little observation, the air-conditioning in the 2nd. room is very noisy.

This is the right place to have privacy and peace but enjoying with locals and other travelers. I spent almost a week attending a running competition and a soccer game, the right location to be near to shoppings and great restaurants by car in just 10 minutes, the north the best zone to be and visit. Diana was helpful, kind and great in all recommendations and communication. The place is clean and fresh, thanks 🙏🏻 I will return.

Nice location! We enjoyed our stay there. Mario and his father are great hosts who gave us good recommendations for the area, and responded always very quickly and friendly. The place is calm and only a few meters to walk to the beach. The beach is clean and comparably quiet. You can eat at small restaurants at the beach or take a InDrive to the town center where you can find some restaurants and a supermarket. Only downside is that the beach restaurants close at about 6pm, but you can ask Mario for contacts of local restaurants who deleliver food. The apartment had a kitchen with minimal equipment and some spices, which was totally fine for our needs. It's also nice that you can smoke everywhere. The rest of the equipment was as described. The bad review about the aggressive dogs can't be confimed, but if you are afraid of dogs i think Mario will keep them away while your there. The surfaces in bath and kitchen could be cleaner but totally within range. We will visit again sometime!

Located in a very good sector the apartment is big and comfortable each room has its own bathroom and overall well equipped

Wonderful airbnb. Marta and her husband made me feel at home and were always very vigilant and gave me local recommendations. We had nice conversations and had a great time. The airbnb is in a great location. It is a very quiet and safe area. A few minutes walk there are shopping malls and parks. I'll definitely come back someday!!

We really loved this apt. We travel to BAQ once a year to visit family and plan on staying here again. Daniel was great to work with and was very responsive. The apt was great and very cozy and comfortable. Felt like home.
