Great stay in CDMX, location is close to public transit and bars and a convenience store. Apartment was quiet and spacious for 2 people, comfy bed and good water pressure. There is no AC as advertised but they provided some fans to keep cool, we were comfortable. Would recommend!

Patricia es una gran host, siempre amable y atenta. El apartamento es hermoso, tienen una decoración única, nuestros hijos lo disfrutaron mucho. La ubicación es excelente, se puede ir caminando a restaurantes de todo tipo y hay un centro comercial cruzando la calle que tiene muchas actividades para niños y adultos. Centro Comercial Santa Fe está a 5 min manejando. Definitivamente volveríamos!

Fascinante!, el lugar está muy completo, desde que Rafael nos recibió y llevó al lugar hasta explicarnos lo que tenemos dentro del lugar, bastante amable y se agradece bastante por la despensa que nos dejó, a libertad de nuestro uso, muy buena ubicación a metro Tacubaya y a algunos pasos de restaurantes Sin duda regresaremos!!!!

My family enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s place. My daughter loved having access to the pools on the first floor; the first floor lap pool was not as warm as the children’s pools but the temperature difference was not too much in my opinion. On Sundays, children can access the warmer infinity pool on the 16th floor—which we definitely enjoyed. The rooftop views were amazing. The apartment itself was big for four of us. The stay was mostly quiet; the exception being Saturday night but that came from a party in the neighborhood; the unexpected city buzz did not disrupt our sleep. The neighborhood is safe, a grocery store, coffee shop and several shopping centers are nearby. My favorite was walking the neighborhood to the food stands for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the $20 peso gorditas I purchased just as much as any other food we had. Elizabeth checked in on us several times and was accommodating to our needs.

Great rental! Had all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water amd very quiet even with restaurants right outside the front of the building. Would definitely stay there again.

No sabemos por dónde empezar a decir lo maravilloso que fue alojarse en el departamento de Guillermo. El lugar es todo lo que se indica y más: la ubicación ideal, el edificio bellísimo, el departamento muy lindo, cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. Guillermo fue un excelente host. Se comunicó con nosotros desde el primer momento con instrucciones muy claras para que nos sintiéramos como en casa en todo momento. Definitivamente lo recomendamos y volveríamos sin dudarlo. Hizo que nuestra visita a CDMX sea inolvidable.

Excelente lugar. En realidad todo estuvo increíble. El lugar muy limpio, las sábanas limpias, la cama era bastante cómoda al igual que las almohadas. La cocina tenía todo, el refrigerador tiene el espacio ideal para guardar algunas cosas. Las áreas comunes lucían muy limpias y bastante amenas. Eso sí, el espacio es muy pequeño en realidad. Las fotografías hacen que luzca un poco más grande, pero en realidad es un espacio de casi 12m^2. Aún así, mi estadía aquí fue bastante buena. Los alrededores son muy bonitos y tranquilos. Me encantó. Volvería con gusto.

Great place. The front bedroom was warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon but fine the rest of the time without AC. Plenty of hot water, fans, comfortable beds and nice amenities like boxes of tissue and laundry detergent. I was asked several times if everything was working properly. The covered deck upstairs was a good place to hang out and the views of the sunset were exceptional. I appreciated having a separate washer and dryer as well.

Una bella casa muy amplia y muy bien distribuida en una zona muy tranquila pero con excelente ubicación, ampliamente recomendable si van a esta visitando diferentes puntos de la ciudad, el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos compartió recomendaciones de donde comer y lugares a visitar, ampliamente recomendado.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

Es la segunda vez que me quedó en el lugar y me gusta mucho. Es un lugar muy tranquilo qué está muy conectado y accesible. Además me agrada que sea una planta baja. Definitivamente volvería.

Un excelente departamento para quienes viajamos en auto y buscamos lugar de estacionamiento en la CDMX.

Pasamos unos días muy agradables en casa de Sergio, la Sra Alejandra y su esposo fueron sumamente amables y flexibles, y nos apoyaron en todo momento. La casa está muy amplia y súper cómodo que tiene 2 baños completos! Si algo que necesitábamos no había en la cocina, la Sra Alejandra nos lo llevaba enseguida. Y la mejor parte de todo fue la bella terraza, pasamos mucho de nuestra estadía ahí, muy cómodos tomando el sol, y hasta parrilla tiene, así que tan solo por eso volveríamos gustosos.

I loved our stay in Roma Norte! Luis Carlos's place was well appointed, and in a great location. We were able to walk to some amazing restaurants and felt safe walking around at night. We would highly recommend this listing for visiting Mexico City for the first time!

Ximena was an incredibly attentive host, very responsive to my many questions, and accommodating of every request. The space was beautiful, safe, accessible to many parts of the city, and the facilities (pool, sauna, spa, etc.) were top notch. I would recommend highly to anyone headed to CDMX

Leticia is a very easy going and understanding host, I especially appreciated how flexible she was around check in / outs. The place is located in the best neighborhood of the city, making it very easy to discover different parts by foot. Amazing restaurants and cafe options within a stonethrow away.

Tal cual la descripción. Muy limpio Excelente atención de la anfitriona y de los guardias que están 24 horas. Lugar pequeño pero como lo usábamos solo para ir a descansar no nos incomodó. Metro a cuadra y media y paradas de metrobús también. Cafetería en la planta baja con buen sabor y porciones y buenos precios. El único pero que le pondría sería la conexión a internet que era muy débil y nunca nos pudimos conectar pero como todos teníamos internet en nuestros celulares no fue un inconveniente tan malo. Nosotros le damos un 10.

Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo y con acceso a pie a plazas comerciales. Buena seguridad, departamento impecable con todo lo necesario, las áreas comunes bien equipadas.

great location, most places we wanted to go to were in roma norte or confess were 20min or less walking. we were able to rent bikes and bike everywhere. only downside is shower pressure was not very strong and we had issues with the temp (building ran out of hot water) but still a great value for price you’re paying.

Luis’s place is a wonderful base to explore Mexico City from. Located across from a park, it is a short distance to many wonderful restaurants. The place itself was as described, spotless, and had plenty of supplies for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others without hesitation!
