Juan Manuel’s place was excellent for our trip in CDMX. The apartment had everything we needed and it was impecable full of decorations, furniture, appliances and spot clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location, downtown and easily accessible. Clean and comfortable, ideal for lounging the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast. The host answered right away and supported me so I could wash it and get in quickly. Very attentive! Price- quality is worth it!

Great place and location, very responsive hosts. To be mentioned, you need to register separate prior access for everything: guest access, parking access, pool access (only available for lane swimming with mandatory swimming cap and goggle) but that also makes the place very secure. Overall a great stay in a great place and very comfy beds!

Excellent stay

This was a wonderful place to stay at! Adriana was very responsive and kind to us during our stay. The jacuzzi was a lot bigger than pictures allow and at a small extra cost we were able to use it. The location is beautiful and was very safe and close to locations we needed to get to. Would definitely come back, thanks Adriana and a big thank you to Wenceslao!

Pretty better than expected place to stay, quite spacious and bright. On a gated street, very close to the outlying street, which makes it quite easy.

The apartment is super clean and well maintained. Everything is organized and has a very cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail in the cleanliness is excellent, which made the stay very pleasant. Definitely a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I highly recommend it!

The place was just like the photos, it's very nice,clean and safe. Very nice place to stay, since it has security to enter and when leaving, we feel very safe at all times. The apartment has two rooms with spacious beds, and full bathrooms that are appreciated on a trip. Only point that I would consider for people looking for a nice view through the window, at the time of my stay I was under construction of Hotel immediately, which could overshadow that point a little, and also have to close the blinds, since, there are construction staff working in the morning and a little in the afternoon. But without contemplating that, the place is perfect.

Had such a great stay! Our host was communicative from time we booked. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The apartment was tidy, smelled nice & easy to access. During our stay, there was everything we needed for our week stay - appliances, utensils, dishes & even storage containers! We truly appreciated the small details that our host thought of to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The amenities in the complex were such a plus, our daughter enjoyed the playroom & pool. Always security ensuring entrance of people to the building and the neighborhood was quiet. Location to the City Market was super convenient, especially since we were refilling purified water. The only thing we had to work around was shower - there was not enough hot water for all of us to shower back to back and you had to take a very quick shower with the hot water available. Not a biggie, just required some coordination of timing to leave on time. Would absolutely reco & rebook in the future!
