Monthly Rentals in Athytos Beach

We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

We were here for a week during the October holidays. We had a lovely time here, a great apartment with a lovely view of the sea. The apartment is very centrally located and you can reach everything on foot. The apartment is very nice, as described in the pictures, we lacked nothing. The hospitality was great, we had a few problems on the day of check-in but Eleni waited patiently for us 😉 she was always available and gave us nice tips for the area and restaurants. We had a great week here 😁

Very cute place. A bit small but wonderfully decorated and so calm and peaceful on the terrace. The hosts are amazing and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here :)
