Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Athens

Cute flat in one of the best locations in Athens! Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. A lot of reviews mention the noise, which yes there is noise, but this is one of the busiest areas in Athens, so I was expecting that and was fine with it. Super easy check-in. Would gladly stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aris's apartment. Couldn't have picked a better location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Acropolis Museum etc. The view of the Parthenon from the balcony was a lovely touch too. Apartment was clean, and Aris provided croissants, yoghurt, milk, juice, coffee and tea which was really appreciated. We didn't use the kitchen as we were out every day and ate out, so I can't comment on those facilities. Shower room needs a little TLC, shower wasn't particularly powerful and the water comes out from the shower tray. But this had no negative effect on our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting Athens.

Being our first time in Athens, we weren’t sure what to expect when choosing a place to stay. Chris’s apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent: in a quieter neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance of all the major sites, shopping, and dining. The unit itself is much more spacious than it appears in the photos. Having two balconies was a real bonus, we enjoyed both the morning and afternoon sun, and the view of the Acropolis is absolutely stunning! We felt right at home here and will definitely look to stay at Chris’s place on any future visits to Athens. Thank you for being such a great host!

I would highly recommend a stay at Anna and Efi’s place to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Athens. The location is brilliant and very close to all the major attractions, however the flat was very quiet and peaceful. The flat also has a large private terrace with views over the acropolis which was absolutely amazing. The flat was spotlessly clean and very spacious and was exactly as listed. The amenities and in particular the cooking facilities and equipment were very good. The check in was very flexible and the hosts were very friendly and sent very clear instructions. Overall I would say this property is an absolute gem and great value for money. Thank you so much Anna and Efi for being such great hosts!!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Athens. It fully met our expectations and is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Please note that there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which could be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues. The location is excellent — surrounded by many restaurants, small picturesque streets, and a lively yet pleasant neighborhood. Overall, the service was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

This flat was PERFECT for our needs. To be honest, when we saw the pic of the balcony in the listing, we assumed it was going to be a situation where the balcony is great, but the apartment is lacking. But we were wrong. The apt was large, well appointed and very clean. And of course, the balcony/view was magical, particularly at night. The location is phenomenal. Just a 1-minute walk to the Monastiraki Sq (and Metro station!), 10-minutes to The Acropolis, and plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and sites all within walking distance. Just fyi, like all urban areas, it can be a little noisy at night, but that didn’t bother us. We were tired from walking. Our Host, Stratis, was an excellent communicator. He promptly answered all our questions, suggested restaurants, and even hooked us up with a reliable car service to/from the airport. (Achilleas/Alpha Transfer - he was wonderful.) Bottom line, I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Athens. We will certainly be back.

I booked the house for the family of my best men and they had only the best to say about the home but also the communication with Evelina! They were so happy that when they come back we will close there again!

Everything was as described. The house is beautiful and well cared for. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking near the house. Everything you need is next door. Great communication with the host. We will definitely visit again.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. I really recommend it. Fully equipped and the hostess was very kind, she allowed us to leave at any time we wanted the next day and we really appreciated it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

Irene is an excellent host who is very accommodating. She responded to our queries promptly and reassured us by giving detailed instructions on getting into our flat. She lives on the premises and had even offered to come down to help us if we needed help. That made this elderly couple feel safe and secure. Her place is inviting and spotless. It is close to the Acropolis, the museums, tour companies, tour buses, restaurants and shopping. The best place to be when visiting Athens.

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

Oresti’s place was wonderful. Extremely convenient and comfortable. The only complaint I can find is, as an American, having washcloths would have been nice and it took us a few minutes to find the cupboards with the dishes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends, family and clients

The apartment is very well located, 10 min walk to the acropolis, 5 min to restaurants. Nefeli was very responsive by message.

Place was super clean and exactly like the photos. Bus and metro stops are 5 mins away, so getting around is easy. Main spots like the Acropolis and port are a bit far, but manageable. Manos was extremely helpful, gave solid local tips, and let us check in early — really appreciated that.

We had the best stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close enough to everything you want to see on your trip but also felt enough away from the city town that you felt safe and quiet. The place was perfectly clean and was equipped with high tech appliances. We loved this place! 10/10 recommend!
