Vacation rentals with a patio in Ate

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement ! Le logement est très moderne, impeccablement propre et offre une vue sur la mer vraiment agréable. Le quartier est super, sécurisé et animé, avec de nombreux restaurants de qualité à proximité où nous avons particulièrement apprécié dîner. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Mikel was a great host with prompt response to all of our inquiries, he was even able to procur a last minute parking spot for our group. The apartment has a great views of the coast, and the building has great amenities.

Jose’s place is fantastic. Great spot surrounded by tons of good restaurants and coffee shops. Make sure to hit the local corner bakery for an empanada and an alfajore!

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

la casa es espectacular, mejor que las fotos, la señora Lilian estuve muy pendiente de nosotros siempre con una sonrisa, nos sentimos muy cómodos, regresaremos de todas maneras.

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) La casa es muy linda, tal cual las fotos, el lugar es un poco metido pero vale la pena ir a despejarse de todo, Nikko es muy amable y estuvo al pendiente de cualquier duda, si me dio un poco de miedo el primer día ya que la casa no tiene mucha seguridad, es decir cualquiera podría entrar por el jardín delantero, pero es cierto que nada pasó y el segundo día dormí más tranquila, quizás es la zona que es muy tranquila y me di cuenta que todos se conocían, me hubiera gustado encontrar la piscina un poco más limpia pero entiendo que las hojitas de los arbustos es un poco difícil de controlar …pero eso no le baja estrellas por que a mi familia le encanto la elección, en la casa había un parlante portátil que nos hizo los días más divertidos con música …. La casa tiene mucho jardín y áreas lindas para relajarte, tiene varios detalles hermosos, sin duda volvería a su estadía

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy non-apartment home located in a nice neighborhood in Miraflores, walking distance from several great restaurants, bars and cafes. The residence is thoughtfully furnished and well equipped, including soap and shampoo in the bathroom and all the kitchen and dining essential supplies. The bed was very comfortable. Only the shower has hot water. At $59/night on a special offer, it's a good deal. Max was a responsive virtual host, and we had no issues with check in and check out using the digital lock. Make sure to read through the lengthy list of additional instructions and the hefty accompanying fines for non-compliance :)

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Maricarmen fue muy amable con mi familia, se comunicó oportunamente con nosotros y fue bastante flexible con los horarios de check in y check out. Su alojamiento está en un condominio con lo esencial a disposición, lo cual fue bastante útil.

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
