Vacation rentals with a patio in Ate

Great place to stay in perfect location, and Mateo was an awesome host. Building and unit are luxurious and clean. Highly recommend.

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Mikel was a great host with prompt response to all of our inquiries, he was even able to procur a last minute parking spot for our group. The apartment has a great views of the coast, and the building has great amenities.

The place was absolutely stunning, with an incredible view of the ocean and nearby parks. Everything was in walking distance and we were able to explore so much. What really stood out to me was our host, Vladimir’s communication. Since we had booked months ago and the days leading up to our stay, he was so responsive, kind, and easy to get ahold of. The trip was incredible and will be a lasting memory for us thanks to Vladimir ☺️

Great stay and relatively affordable. They have some items in the fridge like a hotel mini-bar would, which means it’s convenient, but maybe 3x what you would pay in the store or with rappi. Also, if you’re doing a longer stay make sure you buy your own toilet paper or ask for more with 24 hour notice since there’s only 2 rolls available for guests in the property :) Overall, 5 stars, thanks for hosting!

The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is very impeccable and with restaurants and shops very close. Access is very fast. The instructions were easy to understand and questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

A very nice place, close to several places and the host is quite attentive

The apartment was easy to find and was extremely clean. It is in a perfect central location for exploring Miraflores and Barranco. Luz María was very flexible and allowed us to drop off our luggage early when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. I can’t recommend the property enough for a stay in Miraflores!

The house is very nice and with a lot of detail. It is spacious and has an excellent location, close to everything, supermarkets, market and many restaurants. The managers were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it 100%

It was our first time in Peru, so naturally, we were a bit nervous, but Claudia made us feel right at home! The location of this condo was top tier. Everything was perfect, including the walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants! I will definitely be booking with Claudia again in the future :)

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

great location, very cozy house.

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) If you enjoy slow pace and a tranquil space then this space is beyond perfect as the house is amaz

The house is very nice, just like the photos, the place is a bit tucked away but it's worth going to get away from everything, Nikko is very kind and was available for any questions, I was a little scared the first day since the house doesn't have much security, that is, anyone could enter through the front garden, but it's true that nothing happened and the second day I slept more peacefully, maybe it's the area that's very quiet and I realized that everyone knew each other, I would have liked to find the pool a little cleaner but I understand that the leaves of the bushes are a bit difficult to control… but that doesn't lower the stars because my family loved the choice, in the house there was a portable speaker that made the days more fun with music…. The house has a large garden and nice areas to relax, it has several beautiful details, I would definitely return to your stay

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy non-apartment home located in a nice neighborhood in Miraflores, walking distance from several great restaurants, bars and cafes. The residence is thoughtfully furnished and well equipped, including soap and shampoo in the bathroom and all the kitchen and dining essential supplies. The bed was very comfortable. Only the shower has hot water. At $59/night on a special offer, it's a good deal. Max was a responsive virtual host, and we had no issues with check in and check out using the digital lock. Make sure to read through the lengthy list of additional instructions and the hefty accompanying fines for non-compliance :)

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Maricarmen was very kind to my family, communicated with us in a timely manner, and was quite flexible with check-in and check-out times. Her place is in a condo with the essentialsities available, which was quite helpful.

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
