Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Ataşehir

Perfect location to stay, my favorite area in Istanbul! It’s quiet from the main touristy area but still walkable to everything and a nice walk to the waterfront. Loved having nice breakfast spots and cafes all on the same street a few steps down. Shiva is a wonderful host and very responsive and accommodating. I ended up extending my stay an extra day! Space is comfortable, cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would book this spot again next time I visit Istanbul 🇹🇷

We stayed here for almost a month and absolutely loved it. The apartment is in the heart of Kadıköy, surrounded by everything we needed, shops, cafés, bakeries, great restaurants, and bars. It’s also a perfect base for exploring not only Kadıköy, Moda, and Bağdat Caddesi, but also the European side via an easy ferry ride. Despite the lively location, the apartment is very quiet. The bedrooms face a peaceful green garden, and the double windows block out street noise. The space is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially loved the bright and fully equipped kitchen, with high-quality appliances, all the essentials, and a spacious layout, it made cooking a real pleasure. We also enjoyed working from the quiet back balcony with a garden and city view. The internet was reliable, and the big screen was a bonus for games and movies. Our host Barıs Bey was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with great local tips. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Our family just returned from a wonderful stay at Nursena's apartment in Istanbul. The location is absolutely perfect - just 3 minutes from Taksim Square, within walking distance to both Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. We loved being able to step out and immediately be in the heart of Istanbul. Public transportation was easily accessible, making it simple to explore the entire city. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen, while small (only fits one person comfortably), had all the essentials for preparing simple meals. Our only minor complaint was the dining table - it's quite small for the apartment's capacity. Though the place can accommodate up to 7 people, there are only 4 stools/chairs available, which made family meals a bit cramped. Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this place!

Gute Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Ruhig, sauber, gutes WLAN, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben war die problemlose und rasche Kommunikation, sehr professionell. Kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren eine Gruppe von insgesamt 10 Personen, und jeder Einzelne war äußerst zufrieden. Ulvi war jederzeit erreichbar, und die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es handelt sich um einen Flur, der die drei Zimmer miteinander verbindet – vergleichbar mit einem Hotel. Wenn man wirklich etwas zum „Meckern“ sucht (und das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau), dann wäre es nur, dass ein zweiter oder dritter Schlüssel für die Haupttür ganz nett gewesen wäre – besonders bei größeren Gruppen. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Konaklamam boyunca her şey harikaydı. Eviniz temiz, düzenli ve ihtiyacım olan her şey düşünülerek hazırlanmıştı.Lokasyon da oldukça merkezi ve ulaşım açısından çok rahattı.Sunduğunuz misafirperverlik ve hızlı iletişiminiz için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Kendimi gerçekten evimde gibi hissettim. Eğer tekrar bu bölgeye gelirsem,hiç düşünmeden yine sizin evinizi tercih ederim. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim.

Très bon airbnb, dans un très bon emplacement, tout est facile d’accès à pieds. Les équipements étaient présents et tout était très propre. Je recommande.

Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine de teşekkür ederim.

Clean, luxurious, and a friendly host 5 stars in my book

Nous avons été bien reçu. L appartement est bien situé proche du métro. les restaurants sont situés dans les rues parallèle à l immeuble. On ne le sait pas le premier jour. Salle de sport piscine intérieur et extérieur. personnrl de l immeuble très sociable et agréable. Bonne réactivité de notre hote.

Unser Aufenthalt war super…einziges Manko war die riesengroße Baustelle…was uns leider etwas eingeschränkt hat…da wir mit dem Kinderwagen unterwegs waren…

Esra was so very helpful and receptive. She was very detailed and her place was just perfect, clean and comfortable for all our needs. I would highly recommend her.

We were a group of 4 adults (including one elderly person) and a 3-year-old child, so we were specifically looking for a place with no stairs and easy accessibility and this apartment met that need perfectly. The location is very safe and clean. The building’s security staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was extremely supportive and responsive throughout our stay. The space was sufficient for all five of us. The couch was converted into a comfortable bed, making the sleeping arrangements work well. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: The apartment has only one bathroom, which was a bit of a challenge for five people, but we managed. It doesn’t get direct sunlight and doesn’t have a street view, so if you’re planning to spend a lot of time indoors, that might be something to consider. If those two points aren’t an issue for you, this apartment is a great option in Istanbul. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely rent it again if needed. Recommended.

Un excellent séjour à Istanbul chez Ibrahim ! L’hôte est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos moindres questions, il répond rapidement et se préoccupe qu’on passe le meilleur séjour possible. L’appartement est top, très bien équipé et on s’y sent comme à la maison. Rien à redire, l’emplacement est aussi à proximité de plein de commodités et des transports. Nous avons adoré !

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, очень чисто, комфортно и уютно. При закрытых окнах уличный шум, практически, не слышен. Но мы так уставали, гуляя весь день по прекрасному Стамбулу, забывали эти окна закрывать и тоже нам шум помехой не был))). Кровать очень удобная и даёт возможность хорошо отдохнуть))). В квартире есть всё необходимое и даже больше))).
