Great location and great place to stay in Lisbon. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend and will stay again!

We loved the place! Clean and homely with great views to the river. The location is perfect walking distance from many places you probably will want to visit. Teresa was supper responsive and her recommendations were great. We especially loved having an evening drink in a small kiosk in a small park about six minutes walk from the apartment. A decent supermarket is seven min walk away and the kitchen has everything you may need to cook small meals. There are many places you can get a good morning coffee in a 10 minute walking radius of the apartment. The only thing important to note is that the stairs in the building are steep and could be a bit much for some people (this is true to all the buildings we previously staid in Lisbon), but the benefits are the view to the river and once you open the windows you get a great breeze. All in all, perfect place for a couple and we will certainly check availability next we travel to Lisbon.

Great place to stay in Lisbon. It’s right in the centre of the city close to everything. Joana is a great host very responsive and friendly. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. It’s spacious. Well decorated and very clean. Easy access from the street with modern lift. No keys are required as the doors open with a digital code. Recommend it 100%

Antoine est un hôte très disponible ce qui nous a grandement facilité notre arrivée à SEIXAL. Le logement est exceptionnellement propre et très bien placé pour visiter Lisbonne depuis l’embarcadère fluvial (10 minutes à pieds). La résidence est très calme pour se reposer des visites. La propreté de l'appartement est moderne avec une vue imprenable (Très grande terrasse comme sur les photos) sur le Tage, sur le pont du 5 avril et la statut du sanctuaire du Christ Roi. La place de parking est un vrai plus. L'appartement nous a complètement enchanté avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et extrêmement gentils afin que notre séjour se déroule pour le mieux. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour visiter Lisbonne et ses alentours. Sans hésiter, nous reviendrons pour d'autres vacances. Encore un immense merci à Antoine. P&O

Propriedade exatamente como nas fotos: limpo, aconchegante, com todos os utensílios necessários para passar dias agradáveis. Muito próximo do metrô e de pontos de ônibus, perto de supermercado e lojinhas, a localização realmente foi um fator muito positivo. A internet também funcionou perfeitamente. Os anfitriões foram sempre muito solícitos e rápidos nas respostas. Apesar da chuva, foram dias muito agradáveis em Lisboa. Recomendo.

Location is great. A small unit good for a family.

Nous avons choisi l’appartement de Rita pour notre premier séjour à Lisbonne en famille. L’emplacement est idéal, on a pu faire beaucoup de choses à pieds ou en Uber La petite terrasse avec vue sur le Taje est agréable et la vue du salon sur le Monastère est très jolie Rita est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et elle est de très bons conseils Sa pâtisserie située juste en dessous est juste incroyable ! On n’hésitera pas à revenir ici si on revient sur Lisbonne ! Merci pour tout

Attention, il y a 2 rues qui portent le même nom dans la ville, et la première ou nous a envoyé le GPS nous a laissés perplexes ( euphémisme 🤔.) heureusement nous avons trouvé le bon endroit, parfait pour visiter Lisbonne, à 20 minutes à pied du ferry qui vous dépose au pied de la place du commerce, Bairro Alto à Gauche et Alfama à droite. Ballade le soir à Seixal sur le front de mer...

Octavio had great communication. Somehow I booked the wrong dates leaving me one night without a room. He had already booked the apt for that night but found me somewhere else in the neighborhood instantly. That took a lot of stress off me

The house is amazing and the view is absolutely incredible! We had a great weekend there and Gonçalo was very responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommend it !

Wir hatten trotz Regenwetter eine tolle, erholsame Zeit bei Lurdes. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit super Sightseeing und Restaurant Tipps versorgt. Elisabeth war immer für uns erreichbar und reagierte sehr schnell. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist großartig! Der in der Nähe liegende Strand (wir würden ein Auto empfehlen) hat tolle Bars und klares Wasser. Das Haus ist sauber und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Joao est très sympathique et accueillant. Tout est conforme à l’annonce et c’est un spectacle chaque jour d’ouvrir la porte de la maison sur l’océan. Cours de surf de devant la maison, très bon restaurant voisin. Je recommande sa maison.

Sehr nettes und sauberes Haus in absoluter Toplage! Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Lage direkt über dem Strand sind fantastisch! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. José und sein Vater sind sehr zuverlässige und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Nazaré ist ein sehr sympathischer Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Leider konnten wir diesmal nur wenige Tage bleiben, aber wir wollen unbedingt wieder einmal kommen und dann sollen es mehr Tage werden!

Posto ideale per una settimana di surf! Praia Lagide e Baleal Beach sono raggiungibili a piedi e visibili dalla terrazza, la casa è dotata di tutte le attrezzature per il surf come doccia, luogo dove riporre le tavole e inoltre João (host) dispone di alcune sue tavole che affitta. La casa nel suo interno è piccola e un po' umida ma nel suo complesso e per quanto poco stiamo stati dentro l'appartamento, in tre persone abbiamo passato una bella settimana. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito, con lenzuola e un set di asciugamani freschi. João è molto disponibile, cordiale e flessibile nel check-in, super consigliato! Se dovessi ripassare da Baleal tornerei volentieri in questo appartamento. Grazie João!

Un apartamento precioso y muy bien cuidado para poder disfrutar de la zona de Parque de Las Naciones. Silencioso, cómodo y bien comunicado. Para los que buscan una zona tranquila alejada del ruido y jaleo del centro y que saben disfrutar de la ribera del Tajo haciendo deporte o simplemente paseando. Un centro comercial a 10 minutos, supermercados, cafés y Mucho más. Estación de metro e intercambiador próximos y por carretera en 15 minutos estás en el centro. El anfitrión espectacular. Este apartamento ha sido un descubrimiento maravilloso. Volveremos 😍

The entire staff at Duques Villa is amazing! friendly, easy to communicate with. the property is fantastic, a beautifully restored historic villa in Lisbon that was once the residence of royalty! You will be treated as such, while you enjoy the amenities and marvel at every touch at Villa Duques!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön! Die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge, schönen Spaziergänge in der Gegend und die Ausflüge nach Sesimbra waren so toll. Ich kann nur schwärmen, wie unglaublich diese Gegend ist. Die Unterkunft bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick in ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Nach Lissabon sind es mit dem Auto ca 40min auf einer angenehmen Strecke. Viele atemberaubende Strände sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Elisette war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat auf alle Anliegen super schnell reagiert und immer geholfen, egal wie klein das Problem auch war. Ihre Empfehlungen sind auch super. Ich kann jedem nur einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft ans Herz legen, es ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! ☀️🐚

Wir haben einen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Internet war stabil und schnell – für uns besonders wichtig, da wir remote arbeiten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und modern, außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber mit allem, was man braucht, direkt in der Nähe: Lidl und Pingo Doce sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das große Einkaufszentrum Vasco da Gama ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend – von der nahegelegenen Station "Oriente" kommt man bequem überall hin, zum Beispiel nach Sintra. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in die Stadt liegt sogar noch näher. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!

Um ótimo espaço, tirei dias para descansar e distrair e foi perfeito. Vista linda demais não me cansava de apreciar. Patrícia uma ótima anfitriã, ajudou-me imenso com tudo. Muito obrigada e pretendo voltar muito em breve.

If you want to be lulled to sleep by the ocean, wake up to the most beautiful scenery and walk to the most delightful bakery for your morning bread and espresso, this is your spot! Abrigada!

Absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright apartment right on the beach of Praia da California. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen is still brand new. The highlight of course is being right on the beach and waking up and falling asleep every day to the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore. The ocean views are impeccable! It also only takes about a 2minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I went there in October and the beach was pretty much empty, weather still pretty warm & even the ocean was warm enough to swim in every day. You can tell the apartment is looked after very well by its owner, David and is also great for a longer stay. You have all cooking utensils and a washing machine to really make your stay comfortable. Overall, an amazing place to stay and David is an absolute please to communicate with and you can tell he really cares for his guests and the apartment. I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!
