On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, dining room, wellness bathroom (sauna, bathtub), upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second bedroom has 4 90 cm beds, the third bedroom has a pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is connected to the terrace by glass doors. There's a big garden with a playground.

Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
