What can I say about this beautiful apartment!! Good location, impeccably clean, comfortable and contains all the necessary amenities. (The only thing missing was a washing machine) More than recommended!! We will definitely be back! Thanks again

Everything went smoothly. At the reception we got the necessary information and in a few minutes the car was on the parking level and we were in the apartment. You feel absolutely safe in Villa Morro and can reach everything on foot or of course by bolt. Perfect stay in Asuncion. I would be happy to come back.

Excellent stay in the apartment, it is as shown in the images, it is perfectly located at the turn of both more well-known shopping (personally, shopping of the sun and galerias) very clean, very bright. The entrance is very easy, autonomous and the guard helps you any doubt. Excellent Mauro very attentive and kind, we are definitely going back!

Awesome place in a quiet building thats still close to everything. Lovely neighborhood and perfect apartment. Hugo was super responsive and extremely helpful in every way the whole time. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The location is great, very close to the malls and with easy access to everything we need. The neighborhood felt very safe, which brought even more comfort during the stay. Both the apartment and the structure of the building are great, spacious and well maintained. Also, the host has always been very kind and responded quickly whenever we need it. We really enjoyed the experience and would undoubtedly return!

Loved the place. Wish I had stayed longer. Excellent view, super duper spacious, almost too much space! Decent Wifi, good water pressure, very quiet building and neighborhood. Little dusty, little sparse and rough around the edges, but very comfy, and I’d love to return.

A beautiful designer apartment. Comfortable bed. Very comfortable and convenient sofa bed. An amazing building, with a lot of comfort and security. Self check-in, very easy and convenient. Garage included (small). A few steps away from the main shopping malls.

Sandra's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The building is excellent. Very good location and communication with Ruth very easy and pleasant. Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.
