Gimena is a very good host, attentive and always willing to support us in what we need. The house is very well described in terms of services, locations and amenities, it is a place where we would gladly return on our next visit.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

Excellent and recommended place to stay and have a quiet and pleasant stay. The area is very quiet, with supermarkets nearby and quick access. The only thing is that it's a little far from downtown and there's a lot of traffic, so keep the times in mind when leaving to go somewhere. Sergio's service was always excellent, always attentive to everything, and very communicative. The house is large and beautiful. 100% recommended.

The house is very well cared for, in a very quiet and consolidated neighborhood, close to one of the most Transmitted Avenida and that leads directly to the 2 best shopping centers (walk the gallery and shopping of the sun) where apart from having many shops, there are very good restaurants. Excellent quality price, I take a very good opinion of Enzo, excellent host on day 1 always responding quickly, it is a 100% recommended option and without hesitation I would return.

Very nice place I felt comfortable but the cable TV was missing and the drinking water system was missing.

Attentive, proactive and extremely gentle host, well located property, safe and clean, the reception was great, clear and objective instructions, super indicated!

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for both short and long stays. For longer stays, just keep in mind that storage space is somewhat limited. There is 24-hour reception, a great rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and chill-out areas, as well as a pool and a barbecue. We always enjoy coming back here. Communication with Ruben and his team is always easy and pleasant.

Accommodation in a residential and secure area. Not far from the historic center by Bolt and close to many restaurants and shopping malls. The apartment is well appointed. There's even a laundromat in the building. Flexible arrival and even for the exit where we were able to leave after the check-out time! Great for making the most of Asuncion

Lovely place to stay with everything you need! The internet was sufficient to work (for 2 digital standards). I can recommend the accommodation to everyone.

I loved this quiet, clean apartment. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a quick walk to two great malls. The doorman Francisco is so incredibly nice. I also enjoyed the parks within walking distance. This feels like the perfect apartment if you’re looking for a place to be peaceful and productive. There’s also a cute white neighbor cat who will come visit you at the sliding door. Highly recommend.

The Condo is ideal for large famines . Also, Barbara’s quick to respond to all our needs such as early check inn, parking location and more.

Diego and Ximena were very friendly to us in our stay. We went to see a football game and Diego not only help us with everything but we also felt sure that nothing was in danger when we were not in the apartment. Highly recommended if you visit Asuncion.

Mercedes was a wonderful host. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and the outside area is beautiful. The perfect place to relax with family and friends and have a good bbq.

I rate it 20/10 because the apartment is beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. I was surprised to have my own gazebo, which we were able to enjoy. The location is excellent, 7 blocks from the Mariscal shopping mall, and one block away there's a 24-hour supermarket. 24-hour security too and very friendly. Everything is easy to get to by car. The area is very nice with modern buildings. A few minutes away from everything by car. And Marcelo surprised us with some sodas and chocolates as a nice touch. A gesture my kids loved. Well-equipped with impeccable appliances, even a washer-dryer that we didn't use but was beautiful. The truth is a luxury. We'll definitely be back and I recommend it 100%.

Everything was perfect. I certainly like to stay again if I visit Asuncion. Strongly recommend !
