Martin and Eri were very kind and helpful. I had problems with the flight and check-in was later than expected, but they were understanding and welcoming, and gave me lots of recommendations and guides about the neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped, and it also has a barbecue and a swimming pool, which we were able to use, as well as the barbecue. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Asunción

The location is great , within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Juan was an excellent host , always willing to help us and answer our questions. I had a great stay at Walther's place, loved the location and view from the roof. Just a little heads up - the mattress was extra firm, which is fantastic for some but might not be to everyone's liking.

The place is ideal , the location is excellent, it has all the amenities published and more. Yasmine super attentive was always quick to respond. We will definitely be back !

There were several inconsistencies in the experience. The location provided on the platform was 10 km from the actual address, which was only sent by the host after I contacted you because I couldn't find the location. The building has a doorman, but it is not always present, which makes it difficult to enter and exit, since we depend on it to open the gate. The apartment is comfortable for short stays of 1 or 2 days and more suitable for couples, as there are few utensils for those who want to cook, and the stove is of poor quality. Also, the wifi password was sent several times wrong, even after I reported that it was not working, which made it even more difficult to stay. Another negative point was that, despite leaving the apartment in perfect condition, as I always do in all my rentals, the host sent a charge alleging that a part of the single bed was broken-even without having used that room-and presented an absurd budget for the repair. Daniels place is just as shown in the picture and is in a good and secure location. it has all of the basic amenities as well as a fenced in yard with privacy. Internet and electricity were reliable and hosts were responsive. it has the essentials to cover you for your stay.

Excellent and recommended place to stay and have a quiet and pleasant stay. The area is very quiet, with supermarkets nearby and quick access. The only thing is that it's a little far from downtown and there's a lot of traffic, so keep the times in mind when leaving to go somewhere. Sergio's service was always excellent, always attentive to everything, and very communicative. The house is large and beautiful. 100% recommended.

Fabian's place was great for a quiet stay in Asuncion. It's located very conveniently near the local markets, which provided very cheap meals and fruit/veg. There was also a small mall with a supermarket a few blocks away (and a cinema!). The space is furnished well with everything you could need for a comfortable stay to work or as a base to travel from. Fabian was always responsive and helpful. Super quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to the centre. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Access to the rooftop was a nice plus!

Attentive, proactive and extremely gentle host, well located property, safe and clean, the reception was great, clear and objective instructions, super indicated!

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Our stay at Hugo's place was excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable, we were 4 people and we passed it luxury. In addition, the man in charge of Lugar ( María) is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is ideal, close to the most important shoppings in Asunción and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely be staying at Hugo's place again

There were 3 of us and we felt super comfortable. The apartment is practically new and the views are lovely. It is well equipped and there is a 24-hour security guard. The rooms only have double beds, we wanted one with two small beds but it was not possible, so Beatriz put together a small folding bed that we did not use because the double beds were really very comfortable, we had no problem sharing the bed between two people. We always communicated with Beatriz by messages and although we did not meet her, she was very friendly and gave us information about the neighborhood. We definitely recommend it and would go again.

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.
