Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Asunción

Gimena is a very good host, attentive and always willing to support us in what we need. The house is very well described in terms of services, locations and amenities, it is a place where we would gladly return on our next visit.

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

Very good service

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort and good service!

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

An amazing place! The apartment is super nice, cozy and close to everything, which makes it super convenient to get around. It has everything you need to spend a few great days in Asunción, whether you're relaxing or exploring the city.

Small details to improve but in general, a place I would choose again

Very nice apartment, great location for shopping Mariscal López and surrounding restaurants, all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The apartment has decent amenities (hair dryer was not available but we had already read that in the reviews). For cooking, an oil would be helpful and a dish towel, otherwise we had everything we needed :)

The apartment is tastefully decorated and a lot of attention to detail. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the living room with integrated kitchen is super bright and nice – ideal for rest and relaxation. Everything went perfect. Elke was very nice and flexible with the check-in time, which is very much appreciated. I'm glad I was able to stay at this place. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well-kept and energy-filled space.

This was my favorite Airbnb in Asunción. Everything was excellent. The apartment and its photos speak for themselves. One thing I loved when I got there was the privacy. The views are amazing and no one can see you inside the apartment. I’ve already booked it when I return. Ariel is a great host.

great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. I highly recommend this condo and the hosts

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It has all the amenities it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great coffee. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
