Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Asunción

Gimena es muy buena anfitriona, atenta y siempre dispuesta a apoyarnos en lo que necesitamos. La casa muy bien descrita en cuanto a servicios, ubicaciones y comodidades, es un lugar donde volveríamos con gusto en nuestro próxima visita.

El alojamiento es altamente recomendable. Muy cómodo, cálido, ordenado, limpio y por sobre todas las cosas, ideal para una familia. Tiene todas las instalaciones y comodidades necesarias para pasar unos excelentes días. El trato del anfitrión fue excelente, en todo momento estuvimos comunicados, brindaron ayuda siempre y nos respondieron a todas las dudas y consultas. Sin dudas, volvería a elegirlo.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

Muy buena atención

Localizado na melhor zona de Assuncion, na principal avenida da cidade e no meio entre o Centro velho e o Centro novo, proximo de mercado 24 horas e esquina com a embaixada do Brasil. Não ha estacionamento na casa, mas na frente existem muitos comercios com vagas livres e o local é constantemente vigiado pela policia. Se quer uma experiencia emocionante na cidade de Assuncion, recomendo este local.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en esta casa. Fuimos con un grupo de amigas y la casa es muy cómoda y amplia, ¡perfecta para disfrutar de una estadía relajante! El barrio es tranquilo y cuenta con varios servicios cercanos, como supermercados y estaciones de servicio, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Lo que realmente se destaca es la atención y predisposición del anfitrión, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y asegurar que tu estancia sea perfecta. ¡Sin duda, una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad y buen servicio!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige appartement! Het is ruim en stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De twee slaapkamers zijn comfortabel met heerlijke bedden, en de woonkamer is licht en gezellig. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en het gehele appartement is voorzien van per kamer inregelbare centrale airconditioning waardoor het er altijd aangenaam is. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de host uitstekend – snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accomodatie zit echt op een top locatie waarbij je in een hele goede, veilige en rustige buurt van de stad zit, maar toch op loopafstand van de mooiste winkelcentra en goede restaurants. Ook met de auto is het heel goed te bereiken en makkelijk parkeren. We voelden ons hier meteen thuis en zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken. Een absolute aanrader! Dit betreft overigens een van de weinige opties op Airbnb die met zijn ruime opzet ook uitstekend geschikt is voor langere verblijven.

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

¡Un lugar increíble! El departamento es súper bonito, acogedor y está cerca de todo, lo que hace que sea super práctico para moverse. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días geniales en Asunción, ya sea para relajarte o para explorar la ciudad.

Pequeños detalles a mejorar pero en líneas generales, un lugar que volvería a elegir

El departamento está decorado con muy buen gusto y mucha atención a los detalles. El dormitorio es amplio y cómodo, y el living con cocina integrada es súper luminoso y agradable – ideal para descansar y relajarse. Todo salió perfecto. Elke fue muy amable y flexible con el horario de llegada, lo cual se agradece mucho. Me alegra haber podido quedarme en este lugar. Lo recomiendo sin dudas a quienes busquen un espacio tranquilo, bien cuidado y lleno de buena energía.

Es un edificio nuevo muy lindo , lo único malo es que hay departamentos que los está. Terminando en el mismo piso , y hay ruido de construcción durante el día , todo lo demás está perfecto

Ariel ha sido muy atento y lo único que puedo decir es agradecer lo impecable que estaba el departamento y encontrar todas las comodidades a mano, realmente se agradece mucho. Porque me alivianó la maleta 🧳 y eso realmente no tiene precio 🏆! Gracias por todo Ariel, sin duda alguna lo recomiendo! Excelente anfitrión!

great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. I highly recommend this condo and the hosts

Departamento excelente, esta bien diseñado y decorado con muy buena calidad. Consta con todos los servicios que ofrece. En cuanto a la limpieza, es impecable. Un balcón muy lindo con amplio con parrillero incluido, vistas amplias en las ventanas de todas las habitaciones. Garaje bien amplio y cuenta con baulera. Muy recomendable. Volvería sin pensarlo. My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Je recommande vivement ce logement. L’appartement était très propre et conforme à l’annonce. Beau et spacieux. Rue calme mais proche de toutes les commodités : shopping mall ( 2 à moins de 600m). Sans oublier l’Urban café avec ces supers petits déjeuners et super cafés. Je recommande vivement. Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
