Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Asunción

Graciela ist amazing, she is very attentive, tries to help you in any way imaginable and gives clear instructions what to find where in the neighbourhood. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, the garden is very green and has lots of shaded places to escape the heat. It is the perfect place to relax from the bustling city. Shops and restaurants are very close, and the city center is only a view minutes away by car, even in walking distance. Although I arrived by bus very early in the morning Graciela was very flexible und an early check-in was not a problem. This is a big recommendation for a stay in Asuncion.

The value for money was excellent. The room, kitchen, and shower room were all clean and good. The location is good, and there are many food stalls and hamburger shops on the street just outside the apartment. It's a little far, but you can walk to the supermarket and cafe at Shopping Del Sol.

Beautiful House, well equipped and easy communication with the hosts. Very near to everything, be it restaurants or shopping mall, just a stone throw away. We stayed here as a family and I can highly recommend it to spend a couple of days in a cozy decorated house. Additional I have to mention, you won't find better bedding in a 5 star hotel 😉 Everything top notch🧡

My stay at Mara's was simply the best Airbnb experience I've ever had in my life! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful everything was. Mara always responding quickly and ready to help with everything! The house is impeccable: clean, organized, safe and equipped with absolutely EVERYTHING you may need. The location is perfect, in São Lourenço, next to Asunción, with nearby markets, pharmacies and other essential services. Mara, which lives in the top apartment, is a great host. Always willing, attentive and ready to help, she made me feel at home from the very first moment. I recommend this accommodation to all who seek comfort, practicality and a really special experience. Excellent place, we had a great time, a quiet cabin fully equipped for all needs, large enclosed patio, the room is beautiful and the living room has a luxury sofa bed. It's a few blocks from everything! There's a supermarket and the whole center is very close. We will definitely come back. Very good attention from the host.

Wonderful place in the countryside, I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s very peaceful. There are a few very friendly dogs on the property, I liked that. Great host!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing place and were completely captivated by its connection with nature. The serene environment and the beautifully maintained spaces are perfect for romantic strolls or family walks with kids where you can find a lot of friendly animals (dogs, horses, etc). My girlfriend and I felt an intriguing connection with the place that made our stay truly special. The wooden cabins offered a unique experience, seamlessly blending comfort with the natural surroundings. Jasmin and her entire family were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I had the delightful opportunity to have many engaging conversations with Sabrina, Jasmin's mother. She shared fascinating life experiences and talked about the wonderful times they're having in Paraguay. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I would love to return every chance I get, especially because of the convenient car connections to nearby cities like Sanber, Altos, Caacupe, and Atyra.

Our stay was great! The property was clean, comfortable and very well organized! Good location, especially for disconnecting. It had all the necessary utensils and items for the stay. The hostess is very friendly and attentive.

Jota was a very helpfull host. Also the appartment was very nice and I enjoyed my stay at this location a lot.

Perfect place to get away from the busy city. It is a place that connects with nature, offering beautiful sunsets. There is a lot of art, and a very safe path in the woods for walks. The house fulfills everything it promised, and is very clean. We had a great time, despite being very flexible with the check-out time, unfortunately we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommended.
