all perfect. From the warm welcome and the check-in procedures to the cleaning and organization of the house. The beautiful view of the terrace where you can relax both day and night. Wi fii perfectly working. There are no words for the kind helpfulness of the hosts. I will definitely return.

George was so kind to arrange us a taxi to reach to the house and extremely helpful to respond to all our questions. When we checked in the house, I fell in love with the simplicity, the art pieces around and the decoration. That terrace upstairs made our night especially with full moon unforgettable. All the recommendations about the beaches, restaurants and cafes were so helpful. Trying most of them , the best beach is the closest to the house down the hill and the best restaurant is Astropelos in Livadi. I can only recommend the guests to recheck about the bedrooms reachable climbing the ladder and has narrow space to the ceiling. Thanks to the house and the island that let us have great memories. we will be back! Thank you for all George !

oh Maria, we loved you because you lead the best restaurant on the island right next to the neighborhood. We ended up not going anywhere else, because the bay, located at the apartment and restaurant, is uniquely beautiful, certainly the most beautiful place on the island ... The apartment is very attractively furnished and friendly bright. And yes, the snack underneath the apartment sometimes (we were there in September) noise because of its extractor, but we were not there most of the time, were able to sleep with the door open and didn't let us be bothered by the one mosquito

Asilia was a wonderful and super comfortable home: newly renovated, cared for in every detail and perfectly responsive to photos and description. Asimina and her family (which we discovered casually have a great restaurant near the port), she was always very helpful and very kind, providing us with clear, precise and always friendly answers. Taking advantage of this house was a plus of the holiday, coming back every night after a sunny day, sea and wind, it was always very pleasant and comfortable.

A spacious terrace is revealed, featuring a wooden table and two lounge chairs. Potted plants add greenery, while a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and coastline is visible in the background, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere of the outdoor space.

Evgenios and Maria are the best hosts we have ever met! They are so kind and thoughtful. Evgenios arranged for us to be collected from and taken back to the ferry port. They greeted us warmly and kindly brought us delicious home-cooked treats. The apartment is spacious, tasteful and very well appointed, it is also spotlessly clean and well equipped. The views from the spacious terrace down to the port and the beach and up to Chora, the windmills and the castle are spectacular. We cannot fault this place at all and plan to return. We have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this apartment.

A lovely stay on the wonderful island of Astypalaia. Lovely place in the heart of the port area with a view of the castle on the top of the hill. Some provisions left for us was a nice touch and airport shuttle included which was a great help. Great to explore the island from here. We hired a quad bike from Vergoulis....just a short walk away. Kamanakia was our favourite beach.....a tough drive but well worth it!!

We had a great stay at Nikos's place! The house is very comfortable and clean, close to all amenities. Nikos came to pick us up at the airport and was a little with us showing us the island and giving us many directions that were very useful. He called us every day to see if we needed anything. We changed the towels and sheets in the middle of the week and cleaned the house. Nikos, you're fantastic, hello from Nadia,Laura and Elisabetta. We'll be back soon!

Wonderful house with breathtaking view of the sea. The real treat of Peggy's House is that down a stone path through Peggy's lovely garden is a beautiful beach with trees for shade and great swimming. Most days its yours (& Peggy's). The house is well stocked with pots, plates, etc. Peggy even left some homemade strawberry jam in the refrigerator and the market is a five minute walk away. We may have been the first visitors of the season so the house needed a day of airing out the rooms. All in all Peggy was helpful and welcoming - a consummate host! Astypalaia is a arid island of rocky beaches, roaming goats, and lots of bees (tasty thyme honey abounds). Its worth renting a car to visit the more remote beaches. Great dining in Livadi and Astapalea, the latter has some great bars too. Folks are very friendly. Its an island that is both rustic and in many ways quite cosmopolitan. Much to love and do here. Would happily return to Astypalaia and would stay again at Peggy's lovely home.

From the very first moment we opened the door ,we felt like home . The place tackles the need for positive and relaxing thoughts head on. Everything was clean and tidy and it seemed like the owner has organized his residence in such a way ,to make our accommodation perfect . Christos and Marianthe have been extremely helpful and sorted out small issues without second thought. The surroundings verandas wetted our appetite for home made breakfast and it was the place we use to spent an hour before night sleep, gathering our images after a day around the island . It would be unfair not to mention that Astypalea is a great destination . If you have a predilection to crystal waters ,nice food and smiley people this a right place to be .

Marina’s flat is very clean and very spacious! All of the equipment is clean, the airconditioning is new and Bed linen and towels are changed every other day. The family is right next door and they are very helpful and welcoming. They are very generous in allowing guests to use the entire balcony which is shared between the two flats. It is perfect for families or sharers who want to be able to walk everywhere in the town. Parking is very easy and the steps up to the flat are not too difficult to tackle. A big thank you to Marina and the family, we had a great time.

From the moment we set foot into Golden View house we were greeted by stunning views of the township and our beautiful host who had prepared freshly baked authentic Greek food. The house was spacious, clean and has delightful views that we enjoyed from the balcony. We were very grateful for the warm welcome from our host and the local community who made us feel at home. Astypalaia was the perfect place for a relaxing and welcoming getaway while travelling with my sisters from Australia. Would highly recommend this place to stay!

The apartment is big, recently renovated, and furnished with everything you may need during your vacation. The location is very good, with an open view of the port and the castle. The main area with restaurants and bars at the beginning of Chora is an easy 5-minute walk away. Angela was a great host, very attentive but also respectful of our privacy. She surprised us with homemade treats and even a little gift upon our departure. Amazing stay overall in the wonderful Astypalaia.

We were 100% satisfied. Super clean, great facilities, great location. Eva was very quick to reach, and helpful. You could also hang your wet things on the terrace and there is an iron. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything 🙏

A beautiful, quiet location overlooking Livadi Beach. Right in the middle of 7 or 8 restaurants and still remarkably quiet and peaceful. A very comfortable covered terrace for dining and relaxing with an upper uncovered terrace for lying in the sun. Maria , the perfect host, still able to run the best restaurant in Astypalea always looked after us. Either in the apartment or dining on the beachfront. Everything is catered for with a supermarket next door that has everything and run by the friendliest family you will ever meet. You are made to feel welcome by all at Parathinalos Beach House and Livadi Beach. Highly, highly recommended.

Tastefully arranged apartment. Everything is spotless. The view of the Kastro from the terrace is very beautiful. Eleni was very welcoming and gave us some local specialties that she had cooked. Do not hesitate to ask her for explanations on the best access to the house and the operation of Astybus (very convenient). We'd love to come back.
