We had a great monthlong stay! The place was well appointed and completely stocked with everything needed and more. We were offered free weekly cleanings, tho we only accepted one time. That was quite unexpected and generous, very helpful to clean up our initial mess. Very centrally located for food and drinks, shops, and transportation. Attila offered helpful tips on events, eateries and the like. Just walk a few steps for everything.

Everything happened as discussed. András always responded to our questions immediately. Everything was fine in the house. The pool in the yard was very good. I really liked that it was really private, I didn't see a neighbor, the house has a grill, super. We had a birthday party and we all enjoyed it very much. We'll be back for a weekend in August.

A cozy privat house in a very quiet location, still conveniently close to Budapest center. We only stayed overnight being on a roadtrip, but the place was exactly as we expected: nice, clean and quiet. Very cozy terrace overlooking small garden with magnificent cherry tree. Very nice, caring and responsive hosts. Highly recommended and will be happy to return!

The villa looked just like the pictures . We were a group of 14 ladies on a wellness retreat and the sleeping arrangements, the kitchen facilities , spa area , outdoor space for exercising were perfect . It was a great stay! The apartment was spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—right in the center, so everything was walkable and super convenient. It was also really close to the airport shuttle bus and easy to find, which made arriving super smooth. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and peaceful, which was a nice surprise. Peter was a fantastic host—really responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location is fantastic, the apartment is very well connected and you can also reach great cafes, restaurants and the Danube on foot. Our son also felt right at home and we were able to make our family life as comfortable as possible thanks to the high chair and child-friendly furnishings. Of course, you can hear the street and the tram, but we already knew that from other reviews and had no problems with it. Communication with Alexa was very easy, nice and fast. We will be happy to come back!

A really great place to stay at. Absolutely clean, modernly furnished and very quiet. I also liked the location very much. There are great restaurants in the area and it is centrally located. Astoria Station is 5 minutes away, from there there is also a subway and all trams. Communication was also easy and if I come to Budapest again, I'd love to come back.

Very pleasant accommodation! The apartment is clean, quiet, and modern, I would like to highlight the beautiful, sophisticated bathroom. It is a great advantage that the parking space is provided in the underground garage, which is especially valuable in Budapest. The city center is easy to walk, but the main attractions, such as the Fisherman's Bastion or the Zoo, are also available cheaply (about 2500-3200 HUF) with the Bolt app. These can also be reached on foot, although with a slightly longer walk. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The apartment is on one of the busiest streets in the old Jewish quarter, not far from the Great Synagogue. The entrance is next to the famous Szimpla Kert. Despite this, it is really quiet, no noise from the street. The entrance to the building does not make a good impression, but the apartment is very nice, totally renovated, brand new furniture, equipped with all the amenities. The area is strategic for visiting Budapest: in about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Opera (on Andrassy Avenue) and Deák Ferenc Square (with a large subway, tram, and bus hub), and in 15 minutes you can reach the Elizabeth Bridge. The Urania bus stop is a 3-minute walk and the Astoria metro is 6-8 minutes away. The host Balasz is extremely helpful and responsive: although we have never met, he was always very quick to respond to all questions and requests for information. Knowing that we would arrive before check-in, he also offered us to occupy the apartment early.

Everything was very good, great communication with owner. I recommend :)
