Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. The house has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Large terrace with 6 comfortable chairs for dining group with large parasol and lounge furniture placed in sun/shade. Road E45 2 km. 4 km to the city center with grocery stores, Torsby ski tunnel, Torsby bathhouse and Torsby hospital. 3 km to the golf course. 20 km to Hovfjället. 60 km to Branäs. The accommodation is not handicapped accessible as all 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two steps down to the bathroom.

The house overlooks Lake Övre Brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room has high ceilings with a kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim, fish or cycle. In the autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. In winter, there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.
