It has an ultra-equipped kitchen, a living room with views of Malonne, a veranda, a terrace and a garden. Private parking for 3 vehicles and garage for bicycles. La Grande Folie is a spacious and very comfortable house located on a quiet dead end street. It has just been renovated (in 2021) and will welcome you in a neat and warm decor. It has a large living room with open fire, a superb fully equipped kitchen, a magnificent games room with billiards and foosball, a small super cozy TV lounge upstairs and of course a magnificent 80 m² south-facing garden and a large covered terrace with barbecue/grill for dining outside.
