Vacation rentals with a patio in Assérac

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's apartment. The veranda overlooking the garden is a very pleasant space, the layout and decoration of the whole accommodation are really well thought out. In short, a zen and relaxing haven of peace. The beaches and the coastal path are five minutes away from the house, so is the supermarket. A perfect place to rest and clear your head. Thank you Jessica!

Quality and renovated housing Ideally located near the train station and very close to the sea, which makes the apartment even more attractive. Hosts were extremely responsive to our messages and we appreciated the small gift.

Claire is a very responsive host for any questions prior to the stay. The hosting and the stay went very well. Very flexible in terms of schedule. Very good information about the area. I highly recommend Claire and her rental. You will have a lovely time in a very nice setting.

Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

We had a great time! The accommodation is in a great location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is extremely pleasant to live in, perfectly furnished and tastefully decorated. The terrace is a real plus, very nice to relax. Communication with Isabelle was fluid and very responsive. We highly recommend this listing!

Very nice spacious apartment on the 4th floor with roof terrace and sea view. Tastefully decorated. Well-equipped kitchen. Centrally located, short walk to the port. Olivier kindly provided us with bed linen and towels (are not included - we had overlooked). We had a pleasant stay and recommend the apartment!

A lovely, bijoux place to stay, with everything we needed to explore the area. Fabienne and Patrick are amazing hosts, warm and friendly, and they made our stay extra special. They went above and beyond to support us, and also made us feel so very welcome. The annex is a very peaceful, well designed, and immaculate space. There is also a peaceful and very private patio. For me and my husband, we thought it was a perfect place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

Very nice place for those who want peace and nature less than 20 minutes from the sea. Nathalie and Oliver are very welcoming and the land that surrounds the house is a haven of peace. Ideal for visiting the nearby Gulf of Morbihan.

The place is as nice as the pictures. You can feel that everything has been thought out carefully. We immediately feel good there! Board games, books, and DVDs available. Ideally located for walking to the beach (5 min), taking walks or even walking to the Tharon beach market/restaurants (30 min). The little extra from the host, beers brewed by him for our arrival as well as good local addresses!

Viviane is a very welcoming and friendly person. Very clean accommodation in a beautiful property. A little bit small… so really just for 2 but it's indicated in the listing. The staircase is very steep and the accommodation a little dark …but hey we had a lot of rain and clouds …

We spent 2 nights with family at Chris and Ev''s place. Everything went perfectly well, the accommodation was clean, quiet and very nice. It is perfectly placed to discover the region: the path to the east coast right next door and the pier for the island of Arz is only 2 km from the accommodation! Very good experience:-)

Perfect appartment and very tidy!

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!

Everything was really nice and we had a very nice stay.

Comfortable beds, wish the second bedroom had a toilet. Well equipped kitchen, could have used some paper towels and additional dish washer tabs. Great view of the harbor. Cold upon arrival, but the apartment warmed up quickly.

Perfect studio! Clean , quiet close to the beach it's a real piece of paradise . We had a great stay. The studio is very clean and functional. The bed and bath linen are nice. Looking forward to coming back! Marina was accommodating for our arrival and departure .
