Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Assé-le-Boisne

We had a pleasant stay for one night while passing through Le Mans. The house had everything we needed. The location is very peaceful and a short drive to Le Mans centre. Check in was flexible. Murielle provided clear instructions and was welcoming upon arrival. She was very responsive and was happy to provide some local recommendations. Thank you!

Fantastic. what else to say? The place is great, in the middle of nature, surrounded by pastures. Chicken and geese roam free. Moliere the dog showed us around and the cat comes to visit mornings and evenings to check everything is fine. Agathe and Julien are great hosts . the lodge is super well equipped and it is the first time we had a airbnb where everything was provided, even coffee and fresh eggs. absolutely out of this world

Pleasant stay in this comfortable and very well-equipped cottage, very spacious, quiet, with a large garden. Games room available right next to the accommodation. Cave tours and walks nearby.

Large accommodation especially full of necessities available wipes all paper toilet dish soap...sheets towels .3 large bedrooms a large terrace secluded place so quiet and accommodating on departures I recommend

We and our two cocker spaniels had a great time in this nice house with beautiful garden. We had a quiet stay in the middle of the beautiful nature. And the weather was great too. Christian and Veronique's tips were also very useful and welcome.

What a wonderful stay at Yasmine's! The apartment is perfect, warm, bright, comfortable, matches the photos in every way, I felt at home right away. All the food shops are just a stone's throw away, the nearby restaurants delighted me. Yasmine is a remarkably attentive and considerate host. I thank her very much and will definitely come back to stay with her.

Perfect stay for 14 adults in a large family home where you really feel at home! Tastefully decorated, very warm atmosphere, perfectly equipped kitchen, not to mention the large garden very pleasant, even when it is a little cool. And the many bedrooms and bathrooms are very convenient when you're a big group. Bonus for our hosts who also did us a little personal service🙏🏼. Anyway, 100% positive!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The place is really well decorated, combining comfort and style. It's perfectly equipped, which made us feel right at home. The warm atmosphere of the house adds to its charm, and the decoration has a bucolic touch that immersed us in a very pleasant pastoral atmosphere. It's a haven of peace, exotic and ideal to unwind. Sophie's place is really beautiful, functional and very well maintained. Sandrine welcomed us perfectly and accompanied us to discover the various amenities available. Thanks again for the small touches that made this stay a perfect time. There were many of us, with children and babies, and we all agree that the place is superb, the bedding is excellent and everything is perfect even with large numbers! We'll keep the address in mind, why not, to come back and enjoy the barbecue in the summer!

Very nice house, spacious and super equipped! There were 15 of us to spend 3 days with friends for the New Year. Accessible and heated swimming pool, very nice pellet stove, all the essentials to eat and sleep at 15 while each having their own space! Stéphanie who welcomed us is great!
