Vacation rentals with a patio in Asprovalta

Wir wären das 2. Mal dort, da wir schon beim 1. Mal sehr zufrieden waren und die Kommunikation mit Eleni und ihrem Mann toll war und die Wohnung in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό!!Πεντακάθαρο πολύ άνετο, και με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μία πολύ άνετη διαμονή!Οι οδηγίες ήταν απολύτως ακριβής τόσο για το διαμέρισμα όσο και για το παρκινγκ το οποίο ήταν πολύ κοντά και εύκολο στην χρήση.Η οικοδέσποινα Παναγιώτα είχε φροντίσει για τα πάντα !!Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία και ελπίζουμε να ξαναρθουμε!!

Ευχαριστούμε για την τόσο φιλόξενη διαμονή. Πολύ περιποιημένος χώρος, όλες οι ανέσεις στο σπίτι για οικογένεια με τρία παιδιά και πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο κύριος Κώστας. Αν βρεθούμε ξανά στη Θεσσαλονίκη θα επανέλθουμε.

Η διαμονή μας ενθουσίασε, πολύ ομορφος χώρος , μοντέρνος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, μεγαλύτερο από κοντά , πολύ άνετο , καθαρό και με πολλές παροχές! Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και καλή τοποθεσία!!

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

Spazioso ed arredato con gusto, oltre alla posizione centralissima, che permette di muoversi a piedi nel centro città, in una zona piena di ristoranti e caffè, la caratteristica impareggiabile di questo appartamento è una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Host gentile, sempre reattivo a qualsiasi richiesta, accolta positivamente e con tono amichevole. Top!

Very nice spacious apmt with an amazing view and a large backyard. Even though I visited in November, it was sunny and very cozy. Will definitely visit again!

Very Nice and Friendly Host! We had issues with our car however we got the best service from the host. The assistance from the owner was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Το κατάλυμα της Αγγελικής είναι μια διώροφη μεζονέτα όμορφη και λειτουργική, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, με ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα . Η Αγγελική είναι ευγενική και φιλόξενη. Σε μελλοντική μας επίσκεψη στην όμορφη Καβάλα, θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά για την διαμονή μας.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

I’m glad that the host agreed to late check-in. Everything is just fine.

Die Unterkunft war noch besser als erwartet, der Ausblick von der Terasse ist der Hammer!! Marios ist ein toller Gastgeber, der auf all unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist und stets schnell geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in seiner Untekunft gefühlt und würden uns immer wieder dafür entscheiden!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

Wir - eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - haben die letzte Oktoberwoche dort verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sie liegt im obersten 2. Stock mit bisschen Blick aufs Meer. Morgensonne. Die Gegend ist voll mit Appartementhäusern, da ist im Sommer sicherlich viel los. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe und man ist sofort am Strand. Bei uns war es eher wie in einer Geisterstadt, da die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars bereits geschlossen waren. Dafür hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Stets zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte oder etwas brauchte!

Vrlo interesantan i lep stan na odlicnoj lokaciji, sa vrlo lepom terasom. Domacin Elena je ljubazna i uvek na raspolaganju da odgovori na sva pitanja.

The place was very nice and cosy.There is everything you may need for your stay.The apartment was very clean and Chrisa is friendly and very positive person.Its easy to park on the street in front of the building.The street is quiet and there are many parking spots.Enzo is adorable.Our kids really liked him :)
